“For the love of God Bom! What do you want!!!?” and all I heard was sobbing on the other line
“Bom,what’s wrong?”
“Jiyong she’s gone” Bom barely said
“gone? Who’s gone?” I said with fear in my tone
“Dara’s gone!!! She’s dead Jiyong!!! She killed herself all thanks to you”
Chapter one
Secluded
Im hiding myself in this old dirty hostel for 3 days now, I want to be able to think, have some peace and quiet after a major fight from Dara. But my phone keeps on ringing.
Its been three days since Dara and I fought, and after the last text she send me that night she never texted me again…and since then its been Bom who have been calling me
I know I’m mad at Dara but deep inside I’ve been waiting for her to call her ot send me a message..that’s why eventhough I wanted peace and quiet I cant bear to turn off my phone…
The last message she send me was “ Jiyong, you know how much I love you, I’m sorry for what happen but I think someone is trying to break us apart.”
My phone is ringing again again, looked at it and as I’ve expected it’s Bom again. I think I better anwer her now…
Chapter two
Death
I anwer my phone…
“For the love of God Bom!!! What do you want??!!!” and all I heard was sobbing from the other line
“Bom,whats wrong?”
“Jiyong,she’s gone” Bom barely said
“Gone,who’s gone Bom? Tell me.” I asked with fear in my tone
“Dara’s gone! She’s dead Jiyong!!! She killed herself the night the two of you fought… my bestfriend killed herself all because of you!!!” crying and shouting at me all at the same time time
I felt my spirit left my body.. I couldn’t move, I don’t know how and when the call ended…
My Dara is gone and its all my fault
“no!!! this is not true, I wont believe it!” I need to see dara, I quickly went to my car and tried to call Dara, but the phone was off..i called Bom
“Bom, I need to see Dara”
“Meet me at the Seoul Hospital, I’ll wait for you at the lobby…I’ll bring you to her.”
When I reached the hosp lobby I saw Bom right away…
“Bom,where’s Dara? Is she ok? Maybe I should have bought some fruits…that will make her feel better, you know how much Dara loves fruit, right Bom” Bom did not answer me, she just keep on walking, and I followed her quietly, hoping and praying to God that Bom was just joking when she said that Dara is dead.
Bom suddenly stop walking then she faced the door at the right. I read the sign on the Upper part of the door, MORGUE.
That’s when I snapped….
“Bom,why the hell are we her?!! Tell me Dara is not here! She should be in a private room resting! Bom!! Tell me she’s not here!!!” my tears falling continuosly.
