Emma's pov

I was heading towards the great hall when I heard someone yell my name. I turned around to see my boyfriend of 2 months running to me. I smiled when he finally got to me.

"Yes Fred?" He took a deep breath and smiled at me.

"I was wondering if you wanted to skip lunch and take a walk by the lake with me?" I smiled and nodded my head.

"Sure lets go" He smiled and we walked to the lake in silence.

When we got there we laid down and looked up at the clouds. I love having these moments with Fred when there is nothing to worry about. I remember when I first met Fred. I was looking for a compartment on the train to Hogwarts.

Fred was trying to pull a prank on the person who opens the door but it back fired and got him instead of me. He looked so funny and cute in pink glitter. Now he calls me pink since that was how we met. I call him glitter bug since he was the one to be covered in it and not me.

And I remember how he asked me out. It was embarrassing but cute at the same time. He had sent me a howler saying how much he loved my laugh and smile and then he asked if I would go out with him. Of course I said yes. And I don't regret saying yes.

We have been dating for 2 months and we still haven't had our first kiss or said I love you yet. which is okay cause I'm scared I don't know how to kiss or something. And I am in love with him. Its just I don't know if I'm ready to tell him. I was pulled out of my thoughts when I felt Fred squeeze my hand.

I turned my head to look at him and smiled at him. He smiled back.

"What are you thinking about?" I blushed and looked away. I felt him turn my head so I was facing him again. I smiled when I saw him smiling.

"I was just thinking about how we met and when you asked me out" He smiled. It went silent until he spoke again.

"Emma can I tell you something?" I smiled and nodded "We have been dating for 2 months now and I just wanted to say" He stopped and took a deep breath "I just wanted to say I love you" I stared at him wide eyed "Its okay if you don't say it back yet I just wanted you to know" I smiled and shook my head.

"Fred" He looked up at me "I love you too" He smiled. He bit his lip.

"May I kiss you Emma?" I smiled and nodded.

"You may" He grinned and I grinned back. He started leaning in and so did I. I could feel his breath on my lips. And then his lips were on mine. Our lips molded together. It was perfect. Our lips moved together perfectly. When we pulled apart I couldn't help the smile or the blush on my cheeks. He smiled back.

This kiss will never be forgotten.
