"Run! Leave me behind, save yourself... please... Sapphire."

A pair of eyes shot open, revealing a pair of amethyst orbs fixated at the ceiling above, her curly eyelashes moved down as she half-lidded her eyes. Sadness and sorrow was seen in her eyes, a very painful expression. Emotions flowed out... because of that dream again.

The raven-head girl sat up as she held her throbbing head because of the sudden waking. She let out a soft, quiet groan, staying still to stop the wave of nausea from hitting her completely. Her long, wavy, raven-hair cascading down her back as she stood up.

"..Zepphire.. brother, I'm so sorry," for the thousandth time, the girl said in a soft yet lifeless voice. Her heart shattering into pieces every time she was reminded of that name. No matter how small of a clue it was. "All my fault... my fault," she repeated, putting her palms on top of a table in front of a mirror, a scar seen on the milky, white skin of her upper left arm.

Everyday, the same words spoken, the same happenings done. It's like a specific day was repeating over and over again but people were too innocent and naive to notice. Sapphire was getting tired of her life. She wanted to perish, she just longed for disappearance, she just wanted to arrive in an abditory, people wouldn't give a damn anyway. If she doesn't have her beloved brother with her anymore, she has nothing.

She stayed completely still for a while, thinking about how she would move on if possible, but none the less, came to the conclusion that she could do nothing... she doesn't want to attempt. It would just be simply futile. She was tired... of being hurt... she just wished to rest. She just wanted to be with her brother... she needed to beg for forgiveness. But it was her fault... all her fault.

Much anticipated, she grabbed something.. something sharp, something life threatening, something that could easily kill.

"Zepphire, I'm sorry... I can't go on anymore," tears started streaking down her face as she felt a stinging pain on one of her thin, fragile wrists. Crimson liquid ran down her left arm, dripping at the tip of her elbow. All of a sudden, she felt ligh-headed, her vision started to get blurry, her sight uncomfortably spinning. A loud thud was heard, she lied on the cold, cemented floor as the sharp knife settled beside her trembling hand. Her eyes slowly began to flutter close, until she was engulfed by a void of pure darkness while her body was permanently immobilized, putting her into a deep, deep... slumber.

.. or so she thought.
