Take a moment to read this before you begin the story as it is imperative to understand what's happening with book. This book was created in 2016 when I was about 13 years old. It's now 2022.
I hold this book very close to my heart. I've never gotten around to finishing it but recently, I've found inspiration in the people that still read it. A lot of you really like this book, and that makes me feel really good about my little 13 year old self. However, the writing in this book is childish and dry and as I'm in college now, I'm much more capable of turning this into a beautiful novel about Scorpius and Rose.
This book and these characters have so much potential and I intend to remaster it into something incredible and then finish it the way it was meant to.
In light of this, I'm remastering and finishing this book. What that means, in short, is that I will be going through each chapter and editing mistakes, correcting writing, and adjusting the flow of the story. Don't worry, I don't intend for much of the plot to change. But with that being said, some things will change, and it will be for the better.
Whether you're re-reading this book or just starting, I advise you to only read the chapters that say "Remastered" in their title. Reading chapters that haven't been remastered yet will only confuse you as the others haven't been edited to fit the new flow of the story.
After I've remastered every chapter (there are 13 so far), I will be finishing this book. I intend for there to be 50+ chapters with 2,500+ words in each chapter. This book will be my longest yet and if it receives well with you all, I'll be remastering my other two completed books as well.
As of right now, the first 8 chapters have already been remastered and are published for you to read. The next 5 chapters will all be remastered by the end of the month (August 2022), so don't worry. As I finish remastering each chapter, I am publishing it. Again, you'll know when a chapter has been remastered when it says "Remastered" in the title.
I also want to take a moment to thank all of you for reading this book, as crazy as the plot was to begin with. You've all inspired me to finish what I started and for that I am so grateful.
