This will NOT be the last chapter. I will be finishing it completely and it will probably all go up today. But this has been fun, hope you like the chapter!
Maddie's POV:
"I haven't gone to the mall in so long." Avery says.
"Same. I really need to get some back to school outfits."
"Don't even mention school, ugh. Who even invented school and WHY did they?!"
"I don't know. Let's go to American Eagle." After wandering around like lost puppies for a while we finally found American Eagle. Right when we both spotted it we ran right into the store, peoples stares following us.
We go crazy.
Avery made a bee-line for the crop-tops while I went straight for the high-waisted jean shorts. After looking around all of the different I finally picked out my outfit. A gray crop-top that says "im sorry its just that i literally do not care at all" and high-waisted jean shorts with white converse. (Shown somewhere on this chapter)
After both me and Avery got what we wanted we both decided to go to the food court because we were starving. We both ran to the food court right into the pizza place line. We both got 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and went to look for a booth. Since the mall was busy it took a while but we finally found one. We both sat down and began to ate.
"Oh my God this stuff is AMAZING." I say and Avery starts to laugh at me.
"I agree." Avery and I turn our heads to see an older guy standing there. He had his brown hair up in a quiff, and aviator sunglasses. He took the sunglasses off to show bright blue eyes. He had nice tanned skin and giant biceps showing through his tight cotton t-shirt. His jawline was perfect, almosy as perfect as his teeth, but he seemed, I don't know the word for it. I just couldn't put my finger on it. He brought his food over and sat im the booth right next to ours.
"Oh I'm Nick by the way." He says before taking a bite into his pizza. Avery and I look at eachother, both of us debating whether or not to tell him our name.
"I'm, um, Avery." Avery reluctantly says.
"I'm Maddie."
"Yes I know who you are." What even, why does he know who I am???
And as though he can read minds he says, "My sister likes the Dolan Twins, she told me that they both got girlfriends, and showed me a picture of both of you."
I quickly glance over at Avery to see her nervously looking down at her pizza.
"I know this seems odd, and terrible. But I want to take both of you out to dinner. To get to know eachother, become friends."
"Sorry no. We can't" I say before Avery can say a word.
"You sure? It would be fun." He pokes on.
"I don't want to go places with people I just met I'm sorry, and neither does she." I say pointing over to Avery.
"Fine." He says harshly before finishing his pizza, when he was about to get up to leave he clenched his jaw and glared at us, "You'll be sorry." Before leaving. I look over at Avery to see her nervously looking back.
"We need to get home." I say. We both finish our pizza as quickly as possible before grabbing our belongings and speed walking out. We ran across the street making a bee-line for the car. I quickly drive the both of us home in silence. Once we pull into the driveway we walk as fast as possible into the house. After taking a deep breath we both calm down. After a while I check my phone to see a text from Gray.
Gray💕😚:
MADDDIEEEEEE
Me:
WHAATTTT
Gray💕😚:
Come over imy.
Me:
Ugh fine. I'll bring Avery too.
Gray💕😚:
YYYAAAAYYY!!! And Ethan will be excited💪🏻
"Avery."
"Maddie."
"Gray wants us to come over."
"Ugh fine. But we're not saying anything about thay guy right?"
"No. We don't need them to be worried."
Ayeee new chapter. Ugh I know this sucks but all the puzzle pieces will come togetherrrr. Now byeeee. -M
