Chapter 3 •Back To School•

•Lily's POV•
The next morning was school. I was not looking forward to it though because I have to see Henry. I changed into skinny black jeans, a white sweater shirt, and my hightop white converse. I put my hair into a high ponytail and put on some mascara and lipgloss. I walked downstairs to find Dakota eating breakfast.

"Where's mom?" I asked
"She went to work" Dakota said putting her bowl in the sink and going upstairs. I grabbed a bowl, spoon, cereal, and milk. I poured the cereal into the bowl and added the milk. I was about to take my first bite when the doorbell rang. I sighed and walked to the door. I opened the door and saw Henry standing there.
"What are you doing here?" I asked
"I wanted to walk to school with you" Henry said
"Oh" I replied scooting aside so he could come in. Henry came in and set his backpack down on the ground. I grabbed my bowl of cereal and sat down on the couch next to him. "Henry if you came here to get me back the-"
"I have a girlfriend" Henry said
"Y-you do?" I asked
"Yeah" Henry replied
"Who is she?" I asked
"I was on a mission with Captain Man and you know I was dressed as Kid Danger. Well she was about to fall off of this building and I rescued her. Then we kissed and I asked her to be my girlfriend" Henry explained. WTF!!! Henry got a girlfriend in one night.
"That's nice" I replied standing up and putting my bowl in the sink. "Does she know your Henry Hart?" I asked
"Yeah..."
"You do realize Ray's going to kill you, right?" I said arching an eyebrow and grabbing my backpack.
"Nope, because I told him and he was surprisingly ok with it" Henry said
"Oh, well what's her name?" I asked
"Crystal, she goes to our school actually" Henry said grabbing his backpack
"Cool" I said as we walked out of my house and to school.

•At School•
When we got to school a girl with light brown hair and blue eyes ran up to Henry and kissed him on his cheek. I rolled my eyes and walked up to Charlotte.
"Hey Char" I said
"Hey Lily" Charlotte replied closing her locker. "Are you ok?" She asked
"Can I tell you something?" I asked
"Yeah anything" she said
"Well I still have some feelings for Henry" I said
"What! I thought you were over him" Charlotte said
" I know, but seeing him with Crystal sickens me" I replied
"So you're jealous" she asked laughing
"I'm not jealous" I said "I just want Henry back" I said. Charlotte scoffed and grabbed my arm and dragged me to history class.

*After School*

"Hey Lily" I heard a voice say. I turned around and saw Henry running up to me.

"What?"
"Want to go to junk & stuff with Crystal and I" he asked
"Why?" I asked
"Because I want you to come" Henry said
"Oh so now you want me?" I asked rolling my eyes
"Ok what's up with you?" Henry said grabbing my arm
"Nothing lets go" I said
"Wait we have to wait for Crystal" Henry said. I sighed and crossed my arms.

Crystal came running down the hallway and into Henry's arms. They kissed and I felt my heart break a little. Henry grabbed her hand and she smiled. We all walked to Junk & Stuff and went down the elevator screaming all the way down.

When we got there Crystal went straight to the couch and went on her phone.

"Hey Ray" Henry and I said
"Hey Lily and Henry" Ray said smiling. I set my backpack down and turned to Henry.
"So, have you two done it" I asked Henry
"No we haven't" he said
"Oh" I said smiling. Henry looked at me confused. "I mean oh" I said in a sad voice. I sat down on the couch next to Crystal.

"Hi" I said smiling. Crystal glared at me.
"Hi" she said coldly
"Ok, so how do you like Henry" I said
"I like him a lot" Crystal said
"That's great, well do you like-" I got cut off by Crystal
"Listen Lily, I know you and Henry used to date. But he's mine now so I need you to back off bitch" Crystal said. I was taken back.
"Why you little-" I started but cut off
"Guy's" Henry said
"Hey babe" Crystal said grabbing Henry and making out with him. I sighed and walked over to auto snack machine. I asked for a grilled cheese and a pink lemonade. It appeared and I grabbed my food. I sat down on the couch and started eating. The elevator doors opened and Charlotte walked in. She looked at Henry and Crystal making out and then me. She gave me a sympathetic look. I shrugged it off and continued eating. After I was done I there away my garbage.

After 5 freaking minutes Henry and Crystal pulled away.

"Finally" I said. They both looked at me. "If you guys hadn't stopped I bet both of your faces would've been sucked off". I heard Charlotte stifle a laugh. I picked up my phone and saw I had a text from Dakota.

Kota💕: hey Lil, where r u. Mom wants you home NOW!!!
Me: ok

I grabbed my backpack down and walked over to Charlotte.

"I gotta go home now. I'll see you tomorrow" I said
"Ok, see you tomorrow Lil" she replied waving
"Bye Henry" I said walking over to the elevator.
"Wait Lily" Henry said pulling away from Crystal and walking over to me. He pulled me into a hug. I hugged back and took in the scent of him. I hugged him tighter and then let go. I gave a small wave to Ray and Crystal and then went up the elevator.

•Henry's POV•
As I hugged Lily. I held her tighter. I really miss her. Sure Crystals my girlfriend but I'm just using her to get over Lily. As Lily went to the elevator I silently whispered "I love you". I felt a hand touch my shoulder. I turned around and saw Ray and Charlotte. They pulled me over to a corner.

"What's wrong guys?" I asked
"We know that you both like Lily" Charlotte said
"No I don't, I'm over Lily" I said lying
"Oh you don't?" Ray questioned smirking and looking at Charlotte
"I don't" I said crossing my arms
"Oh, so you don't mind if Nathan the new guy likes her and is planning on asking her out tomorrow?" Charlotte asked. My eyes literally popped out of my head.
"WHAT!" I yelled. Crystal looked over at us and I gave her a warm smile. She smiled back and went back to her phone. "Lily is mine, she can't go out with Nathan. I don't want her even near her" I whispered to them.
"You just said that you don't like Lily" Ray said
"I don't" I replied
"Then why do you care if another guy asks her out?" Charlotte asked
"Because I love her" I said
"I knew it" Charlotte said
"Whatever guys, I'm with Crystal now and I kinda like her" I said
"Ok, but don't come crying to us when Lily has a boyfriend" Charlotte and Ray said walking away. I scoffed and walked over to Crystal.
"Come on Crystal, let's go to my house" I said grabbing her hand and walking over to the elevator. We got in and before it closed I saw Ray and Charlotte looking at me with sympathetic faces. I turned my attention to Crystal and kissed her. But I didn't feel the sparks that I used to feel when I was with Lily.

'I'm with the wrong person'
