Chapter 3

Matt's POV
I don't want her in my life! Why can't she just move out or die I thought.

I can't wait for summer to start. I won't have to see her for awhile. I'm going on the magcon tour with the guys while she stays home. Today is the last day of school. I woke up and did my normal routine. I showered, got dressed and styled my hair. I decided to wear dark jeans with a plaid button up shirt with some vans. I went downstairs and saw Caylee on the couch watching tv. I went to the kitchen and made me some oatmeal.

Caylee's POV
I woke up and went downstairs to watch tv. I was just thinking when Matt came down. I didn't make eye contact. I just ignored him basically. I started thinking about tomorrow. My birthday. Would my brother tell me happy birthday or is he gonna pay no attention to me. My mom and dad are going out of town tonight so they won't be here tomorrow morning. I'm going to school today since my foot isn't hurting that bad. I went to the bathroom and left my hair in its natural state. I started applying my make up when Matt barged into the bathroom. He just groaned and walked out. I finished my make up and went to my room. I grabbed a pair of light Jean shorts and a navy blue v-neck. I grabbed a pair of brown sandals and put one of them on. I grabbed my keys and went downstairs. I picked up my phone and tightened my boot.
"I'm leaving. Bye!" I yelled as I walked out of the house. I got in my car and drove to school. It was really hard to drive with this stupid boot but I managed. When I arrived, I got out of my car and grabbed my crutches. I hobbled into school and went to my favorite class which was debate with Mr.Anderson. He told me I could stay in there for most of the day. Emily stayed in that class with me. We just talked until 6th period. Today was a half a day so each class was only 30 minutes. For the last class we are both TA's so we left school early. She followed me to my house and we went and put our bathing suits on and grabbed towels and sun glasses. She drove us to the beach while I controlled the radio. We got there and went and found a nice quiet place to relax. I put my chair down and took my boot off. There wasn't a lot of people here since school wasn't out yet. 15 minutes later, it was packed. I was tanning when I got hit in the head with a volleyball. Almost immediately, I saw a hot guy running towards me. I just picked up the ball and threw it to him.
"I'm so sorry. Are you okay?" He asked concerned. I just nodded my head and smiled.
"My name is Kian. I'm 20. And you are?" Kian said.
"I'm Caylee Espinosa. I will be 18 tomorrow." I said smiling.
"You're Matt's sister right? I'm going on the tour with him." He said in a chirpy tone.
"Yeah." I said kind of awkwardly.
"I have to go. But I'll see you around Caylee." He said walking away. I just waved. Emily wanted to leave so I out my boot on and we went home. She dropped me off at my house and then left. I walked inside and it was silent. My parents must have left early. Matt and his friends weren't home so I went on out to the back and tanned some more. I turned on some music and checked the time. It was only 2:15 pm. What to do, what to do I thought. After about an hour, I went inside and took a shower. I shaved my legs and washed my hair and body. I'm got out and dried off then I grabbed my yellow fluffy robe and put it on. I put lotion on my legs then put my boot back on. I went downstairs and grabbed an apple and a water bottle. I finished my apple and water and laid on the couch. My eyelids were getting really heavy so I just fell asleep. When I woke up, I didn't open my eyes but I could hear that my brother and his friends were upstairs. I opened my eyes and saw Jc staring at me. I recognized him from Twitter.
"Um hi?" I said looking at him. He just blushed and waved.
"What are you doing tomorrow night?" He asked.
"Nothing. Why what's up?" I questioned.
"Want to go watch Oculus tomorrow night?" He said shyly. I just nodded my head and smiled. He grabbed my phone and put his number in it. I sent him a text saying it was me. It was now 7:23. After he went upstairs, I put my boot back on and folded the blanket I was using. I turned off the tv and went up to my room. When I got there a few of Matt's friends were sitting on my bed and bean bag waiting for me. I just gave them a confused look. I sat down on the floor and grabbed a blanket. It was really quiet and awkward.
The blonde one finally spoke up, "Hi! I'm Jack J. This is Aaron, Jc, Jack G, and Cameron." They all just smiled and waved when he pointed to them and said their names. They were all really cute and Jack G had great eyebrows.
"I'm Caylee. I'm Matt's twin. Why are you all in my room?" I asked them confused.
"Because we wanted to meet you." Jack G said in a duh tone. I turned on Netflix.
"What do y'all want to watch?" I asked them. They all said something different. Jc yelled white chicks and I looked at him and smiled. I turned on the movie.
"YESSSS!" He yelled excitedly. I just laughed and watched the movie. About half way through it, my brother and the other guys walked in my room.
My brother gave me a dirty look and said, "Why are you with her?" All of the guys turned towards him with a weird look on their face. They could tell that he hated me.
"Why not? She's pretty cool. She is nothing like you described her." Jc replied. Matt just rolled his eyes and sat down with the Jacks. It was really awkward with him here.

Matt's POV
I hated being in her room. It brought up a bunch of old memories. Instead of watching the movie I was looking at the guys. I could see Cameron and Jc staring at Caylee. They were drooling over her. This isn't going to be good. That's my little sister. I may not like her but deep down I love her a lot. I didn't want her to get hurt by them and I didn't want them fighting over her. I will just talk with them both later since all of the guys are staying the night. We watched another movie and then we went to my room. The guys laid down but there wasn't enough room for everyone so I told Jc to sleep on Caylee's huge bean bag. It was 11:59 so I went to her room to tell her happy birthday. I walked in and she was drooling a little. I just laughed and shook her a little. She woke up.
"Happy birthday baby sis." I said to her. She just smiled and said it back to me.
"Hey can we talk?" She asked. I nodded my head yes.
"Why do you hate me? Why aren't we close anymore?" She asked sadly.
"I don't hate you. I could never hate you. I just hate being compared to you. You're the pretty, smart and athletic one of the family. I'm just me." I replied back being honest.
"Oh. I'm always compared to you because you're the one actually doing something with your life unlike me. You're going on tour while I will be at home. I miss us being close like when we were little. I miss you being my best friend." She said being honest too. She just engulfed me in a hug and she started crying which cause me to cry. She put her head into my chest. *click. Click* I heard someone taking a picture.
"Stop. You're gonna ruin the moment." Kian said to Nash. We just looked up and laughed. I looked at her and said, "We are gonna make you a YouTube and Vine account. Alright?" She just shook her head yes and smiled. Once we made her YouTube account I uploaded a video of her singing Lay me down by Sam Smith. She was absolutely incredible. The guys all tweeted saying to go subscribe and like her YouTube video and to follow her on vine. We made a vine together and it was a smack cam. She put whipped cream in her hand and slapped Jack G across the face. It was really funny. We were all getting tired so we laid down. I fell asleep with Caylee cuddling with me. I just kept thinking about how great it was to be friends with her.
