i was walking to the park with my older sister . i saw him riding his bike . he looked at me , smiled, and said "hands free" .. He was standing up on his bike . im guessing it was his grandmother who said this but she said "YOULL HURT YOUR KNEE AGAIN IF YOU DONT STOP" .. He then got down , smiled then waved goodbye .
