Chapter 13

*INSIDE OF HER HEAD*

"Natsumi......"

The voice called. A male voce called Natsumi.

Natsumi turned around and saw her brother, Zeref. All bloody. Face covered in blood, his hands reaching towards her. Natsumi was so shock, she stood there like a wood.

"Natsumi...... H-help.... m-m-"

An ice shard pierced through his heart. Zeref silently coughed out blood and fell. His breathing is abnormally fast. His body is trembling.

"Die."

Natsumi closed her eyes. The voice around her was no longer here. She peeked a bit and saw nothing but pitch black.

She soon opened it more and still saw nothing. She looked around and saw nothing. Nothing. Nothing...

"H-hello?"

She said as it echoed only. She tried to lit her fist on fire but didn't appear. She looked at her fist in shock but still kept her guard up.

Natsumi turned around and saw black, with a hint of purple flames, in front of her, floating in mid air.

For Natsumi, its kind of suspicious. For any one else, it might be suspicious also or they might just ran away.

Natsumi saw the flames cracked a smile and evaporate like thin air. Evaporate?

The scene around Natsumi changed. It turned into a long hallway. She knew this. Its on the tip of her tongue, yet why can't she remember it.

Oh my lovely human self~ Do remember this. Our brother left a message for us in the future.

The voice said as it echoed. Natsumi hesitate to take a step forward and backward, but she knew it will be a waste of time if she just stood there and wait for nothing.

She began to take a step, it echoed and it gets darker. She thought its just her so she took another step.

Its the same, yet its getting darker and darker until she can't see anything.

She tried to lit her fist on fire again and it worked. When the flames shone the hallway, its not the same. Instead, it looks like a room. A room that was also familiar to her.

Before she can even take a look around, her magic disappeared.

Natsumi got up from her bed out of nowhere while her eyes are wide. She held her head and tried to not remember that dream or something. She also didn't realize that she fell asleep.

"Natsumi~ I brought your lunch~"

Mira said as she opened the door slowly. Natsumi looked at her with her eyes in boredom.

Mira placed the plate on her lap and left sooner.

Natsumi looked at her lap, she loves Mira's cooking, but her appetite is nowhere near hunger. Her mouth is not also near for chewing or water for the delicious food.

She put the food near the nightstand beside the bed and lay down gain, with her arms on the back of her head.

Natsumi slowly inhaled and exhaled for 5 minutes. She is actually getting stressed day by day. She doesn't know why. But she thought its only the causing noise from her guild.

"Strange dream.... I've been getting a lot of those same dreams...."

Natsumi mumbled and take a short nap. But instead of closing her eyes peacefully and silence take over the room, the door slam open. Which irritates Natsumi.

She looked to the person who entered, which was Gray, and glared at him.

"Hey. Just checking up on you. Jeez.. you got me and Lucy worried about you!"

Gray said s he looked at Natsumi's eyes. Natsumi tear away from his eyes and close it.

"I do not need your worries. If it bothers you, then leave and never check up on me ever again. You are a pain in the head. "

Natsumi said as she turn her back. Gray sighed and left the room. Natsumi heard the click and return to her position before.

She 'tch' at his sudden visit and closed her eyes again.

"Don't.....get.....colder......... please...... don't....."

Natsumi snap her eyes and sat up immediately. She didn't saw anyone. But she knew that voice.

'I.... must be hearing stuffs..'

Natsumi thought and lay down again. She didn't hear the voice again. She happily sighed and slept.

"She said that?"

"Yes. For the 5th time. What are we going to do?"

"Isn't she always like that?"

Erza and Gray looked at her with a glare. But it was soon faded and Erza spoke.

"Natsumi was not like that at all Lucy. She actually didn't care at first when you visit her, but when you visit her many times, she will be nicer, just a bit"

Erza told her. Lucy just nod and had a worry expression on her face now.

"Ara, Natsumi wasn't like that when me and Lucy entered."

Mira spoke as she put down a mug to the other guild member. This got the two confuse

"What Erza said is right, but it is strange for her to act towards Gray"

Mira said as she walk over to their table. Erza put a hand under her chin, Gray look down while Lucy just watched them.

"I don't think she ate what you gave her also Mira"

Gray said which made Mira sigh.

"There goes my special ingredient just for her..."

Mira looked down ad went back to the bar. Lucy gave up and went over to Mira and help her

"We have to go deeper knowing her..."

Erza whispered and Gray agreed. While the two were planning on how will they do it without getting notice about it, Natsumi heard it all, even if she is far away from them.
