Why him?

It was a sunny day, and James and i were laying in front of the moonlight, gazing up and noticing its beauty when he leaned in and kissed me on the cheek. My stomach flustered a little but i didn't show it, all i showed was a cheeky smirk.

He walked me back, it was very late now so i assumed my mum would be angry but she knows I'm out late usually. Should i have to run it by her every time?.

So i kissed him good night and went in through the front door, it slowly creaked

but mum didn't notice until the floor board creaked as well

"Why are you late?" She said with a stern voice.

"Sorry mum, i lost track of time" i lied, i knew exactly what time it was but didn't stop me telling lies.

"Okay, well just don't stay out this long anymore" she looked concerned but i just walked up to my room only just hearing her jabbering to herself.

I shut my bedroom door and slumped onto my bed and started texting James. We were inseparable people would say, they were probably right. We just talked about how deeply in love we were but eventually i fell asleep, i don't know about him but i was to deep in sleep to care.

****next morning****

"Hi James" i ran up to James and he spun me round in the air before putting me down and pulling me closer to kiss me.

"Get a room, you two" jennie said before looking away in a jokey kind of way.

"Jealous?" I gave a high maintenance look before turning to James again.

"Course not, i am fine alone, sometimes single is the best kind of relationship" trying to state her fact almost to obviously.

"Time to get to classes!" Miss Cunningham shouted before sweeping most of off the hallway of their feet and through the corridor.

"God, shes so annoying" i whispered in James' ear, i could feel him giggle against my cheek and then i soon became 1 of those people being swooped of my feet to class. I blew a kiss to James before he started to become a blur in the distance.

At break we sat under a tree were all the leafs were shrivelling and falling but they made a nice cushion.

"So James, when is yours and Emily's 2nd year anniversary?" I heard Mattie say across the small circle of people.

" next tuesday, but were celebrating on Wednesday because i come back from my college course in NY on tuesday evening"

I was pleased he was so open with our relationship and not a secretive person.

The rest of the day was quick and easy, but walking home alone was going to be hell. There is always someone to make a silly comment, because were I'm from you wont meet anyone nice.

"Hay, baby," i heard a girl shout towards me " hay, listen when I'm talking to you!" She was stern but probably just a mirage. I kept walking and ignored the world.

I got home and text James to see if he wanted me to see him of tomorrow, seen as tomorrow was saturday the day he goes for a try out in NY college.

*beep*

'Sure, id love for you to see me off, couldn't go without saying bye <3'

How cute was he, i would obviously see him of, i love him and so when he leaves tomorrow i will give him a hug he will never forget.

****next day****

"I will miss you baby" i said with tears rolling down my face.

" don't worry baby, ill be back in 3-4 days, i promise!" I knew he meant every word.
