Lucy's Pov:

I woke up to a cold bed, looking to my right I see that there was no idiot dragon slayer. Just to make sure that we didn't have anything going on today I checked my calendar, today's date July 6th. I get ready to cry it's been almost 15 years huh. Better tell Mira that I won't be at the guild tomorrow.

When I walk in the guild I can already tell that the day is affecting the dragon slayers. Nastu and Gray aren't fighting. Gajeel isn't eating iron, and poor Wendy was sulking at a table in the back. I'm walking to the bar as Mira smiles and greets me "Morning Lucy, the usual?""Nah no thanks I just came by to say that I won't be here the rest of the week." Her smile softened, "Oh, I tell master that your leaving." As I'm leaving the guild Erza walks up to me,"Hey Lucy want to go on a job tomorrow?" I lie to her and say "Oh, um... I already have a job today." "Maybe next time then?" She asks. "Sure!"

Ezra's Pov:

After talking with Lucy I remembered that she didn't choose a job of the board, strange I'll ask Mira about it.

Still Erza's Pov:

Mira said that Lucy is taking time off not going on a job. She also told me that Lucy look really sad, maybe someone should keep an eye on her?

Nastu's Pov:

I'm in the corner of the guild thinking of Ingeel, why did he leave me? Just as a few tears are ready to spill Erza's walks over to me,"Hey Nastu did Lucy say that she was taking time off?" I looked at her confused "Why would Luce want time off?" " Something doesn't seem right. Nasty I want you to follow Lucy while she is taking her time off." "What, why me?" "Do you like seeing Lucy sad, because when I talked about going on a job tomorrow she seemed ready to cry! Now do as your told!" "Aye!"

As I watch Lucy in her house I noticed that she is packing a large suitcase. What if she's leaving me alone just like Igneel. I jumped through her window saying my usual "Hey Luce!" I look at her as she is trying not to look sad. "Hey Nastu" She sounds really sad just like I do on the 7th. I wonder why she would be so sad isn't just another day for her?? I'll follow her tonight to find out what she is hiding. I fly out of the window biding my goodnight, and I return home to pack a small bag for following Luce.

She is getting on the *barf noise* train, why is the world so mean to me. 5 hrs latter. She gets off the train, wait I know this town is Luce 's hometown, why would she be here on July 7th?? Does she know something about Igneel. We stop at.....a.................Grave yard??? Weird?  I thought. She goes to the center and just drops, WHAT'S GOING ON wait I smell..salt no not salt TEARS. I look over to Luce and see her crying a two graves thank to my dragon senses I can read the writing...Layla Heartfilia... And Jude Heartfilia then it hits me her mom died the same day the dragons went missing. I step out of the shadows and walk to her side she looks up in surprise "Nastu?" Her voice a little above a whisper. I don't say anything just sit by the graves and take her in my arms as she is crying her heart out. After some time she settles down just enough for me to ask something I've wanted to for a long time "Hey Luce wanna be together forever so both of us won't be lonely?" She looks at me with big puffy brown eyes and says words I've only heard I'm my dreams "Yea, I'd love that Nastu." I bring her flushed face up for a kiss before once again looking to the graves but this time I see two sprits, as the summer breeze comes by I hear a faint "Take care of her for us" I will trust me I love her with all my heart.
