Harry, Louis and the guys are going to Africa to raise money for a vaccine for Comic Relief. When they got there Louis noticed how good Harry was with kid and he loved it, what made it worse is Louis has a secret that only he knows. He knew he was dating Harry but he still didn't want to tell his secret to ANYONE, Those two days in Africa made him cry, angry, think, and wish, He cried because of all the sad and all the death around that was happening there, children dyeing and that's what made him angry it could be solved by just paying a $7.50 vaccine that could save children. But what were the things he was thinking and wishing about, as he watched Harry play with all those children, and does his wish come true?
