I've been thinking for a long time about who that girl was for the past couple days. I've been staying with my parents ever since. But for some reason, my mind still have been debating if my parents were my parents. I feel like something wasn't right.

But for some reason, I've still been studying that couple from basically articles. I can't put my finger on it but I feel like we still have a connection. I have been sitting in the same spot now for 3 days now. Thinking about what I'm supposed to do. Then I got a text from Alisha.

Alisha: hey what are you doing?

Me: just thinking and studying the couple. Hbu

Alisha: you're still on that? Ugh didn't you get that blood test?

Me: yea

Alisha: didn't your parents pass?

Me: yes, but I feel like something wasn't right idk.

Alisha: you're just paranoid.

Me: idk I knew that lady that lady that did the blood test.

Alisha: from where?

Me: idk I seen her before.

Alisha: probably just outside. I think you need some air. Have you bought your gifts yet?

Me: no

Alisha: let's go buy them meet me at the mall in 30 minutes.

Me: ok, np bye

Alisha: oh yeah I'm in inviting Lucy.

Me: ok see you later bye

I was kind of excited to be going out with the girls. I mean staying with Josh was awkward he never spoke after he got with Victoria. Then coming here for days was weird I mean accusing these people of lying than the blood test its a lot.

Brandon and I have been speaking every day but since the blood test, we haven't spoken. He knew it was a lot of pressure. On me with everything I told him. But there is one thing I haven't told him. That was that I live with Josh.

Hey, don't judge me you try telling your boyfriend that you live with your ex-friend that's a boy. I'm gonna tell him but before I do I have to tell my parents I'm gonna stay there.

So I started to get dressed in a simple white t-shirt, jeans, and converse's I put a ponytail in and ran down the steps. I yelled " Alex, can you drive me to the mall!!!" Alex yelled back " sure, here I come!!"

Ten minutes later we were in the car strapped up. Then she asked," so I heard they passed the test." I nodded and said " yea." Then she asked," does that mean you're staying with us?" I looked down knowing my answer. I looked back up and said" no, I mean I don't want to come back. You guys are off to college soon and I like where I'm staying." She nodded as though she understood.

We arrived at the mall and I looked at her and smiled and said " thanks," she laughed and got out the car then said," meet me back at the car in three hours." I shook my head and laughed.

I walked through the doors and saw Alisha and Lucy standing there talking. Then they turned to me and smiled. I walked up to them and hugged them. We started to walk.

"so how are you and Jackson going," I asked. Lucy smiled at me and said " great." I looked at her she was hiding something. Then she stopped in front of us and turned and said:" he asked me out." We yelled and hugged her. This was her first boyfriend.

Then we began walking again. First I bought a watch for dad, a pocketbook for mom, and make up for Alex, lucy, and Alisha got a computer. Sam got a soccer ball and sally got a dress and heels. I was almost done but Brandon.

So look for the best gift and I got it. It was a football signed by Aaron Rodgers it costs a lot of money. Then after a bought it I told the girls that we will meet at the food court in an hour. They nodded.

For some reason, I wanted to get Josh present alone. I know where mad at each other but I feel I need to do this. After looking around for 30 minutes I found the perfect gift it was a chain with diamonds and a small star. You wonder why, well Josh told me this story.

(flashback)

There once was a star who was small. He hoped that he would get bigger one day and will be a shooting star. All the other stars would tease the small star. He never said anything back but, you will see me one day and be amazed. They laughed at him and his dreams. One day the moon said to the star" you are so pretty why would you want to change your self?" He said" "because I'm not as big and beautiful as the others." The moon laughed and said you will be the brightest star in the sky one day." He smiled the next day he was the brightest star in the galaxy not because he wished but because he stayed the small star.

(flashback over)

That day he told me that story reminded him to stay the same. We I left we all at pizza than went home.

Christmas Day

We ate and had hot chocolate. I had got makeup, clothes, and contacts. But there were two boxes. One was a bracelet from Brandon. The other was a necklace from an unknown person. It had a moon on it. I smiled it was from Josh. I had to tell him to thank you. Then my mom asked" so are you living here again?" "sorry, but no. I'm happy where I live at I'll visit though," I said. Then my dad said," at least tell us where." I said,"at a friends house, in fact, I have to go." I wasn't risking it.

I was not staying because I wanted to be with Brandon on new years. I also wanted to wish to sally a merry Christmas and talk to Josh. I had a lot I wanted to do.
