Hate, we dont look for it, most times it looks for us seeking us out in our darkest hours.
Love, is how self worth is found but often we look in the wrong places never realizing where it might be.
Insecurities, can you count yours on one hand, many can't many you tell me say something good about yourself they'll come up blank, tell me something you dont like the insults come flooding like a water fall.
Perfection, the thing so many strive for without realizing they for the perfect version of themselves.I was woken by a hand on my shoulder
"Echo wake up class is over" I groaned sitting up and looking around quietly. I looked at the owner of the voice he looked so odd, he hair color was fading back the blonde it naturally was like always, now it was an array of purples, his eyes had a reddish tint to them as well, thin, high cheek bones and light blonde eyelashes his smile straight and white. Any girl would kill for his looks.
"Okay, I'm up, Syren." I stood up and stretched groaning or some may call it moaning as one does when they stretch for being asleep and stiff. He chuckled before giving me a look as if he might regret what he was about to say but say going with it anyways.
"Oohh baby that was sexy."He snickered again. I rolled my eyes and picked up my things before I started to walk, he followed quickly, poking my cheek.
"Don't be mad Echo it was a joke." He pouted.
"I'm not mad, I'm still half asleep." I sighed. He nodded softly looking down hiding his smile. I felt the ghost of his hand trace circles in my sholder, that was his thing to calm me down, or they always seemed to be circles at first but his fingers was the pencil his plam the eraser. He did this till we got out the hallways and down the street to my small house. I smiled softly and nodded at him, watching him walk away. The school appointed houses to people, but we could live anywhere. I unlocked the door and flung open the door. This house was small but too big for just me, yet I don't like people or enities so I live alone. I touched my forehead thinking, I walked to my couch and layed across the top of it. I heard a rather loud yelling people never kept quite that was one thing the yelling was about something I know for a fact the man didn't do, he was here asking me things that night about the bitch who was yelling at him, but the girl was his partner, poor guy. I heard even the birds go silent, I stood up and slamed my door shut. I let out scream cut off by my own hands, when I heard someone clicking their tongue in my right ear.
"Tsk tsk tsk. Such a lovely girl."
