I am with my dad in the car when my friend texts me and tells me about an audition. I know that I am probably going to go but I see what she puts and she says in HOLLYWOOD! I don't think my dad or mom will let me go to Hollywood. "Dad, I just got this text from my friend about a audition." I said. My dad looked up and said, "Where is this audition I can just drop you off. But he doesn't know that it is in Hollywood and where am I in, GEORGIA. Giving my dad this facial expression that I really don't like making but I have to for this situation, I said, "Dad, I am going to have to take an airplane to Hollywood if I want to go to this audition." He looked at me like I was crazy and said, "Are you crazy do you really think I will let you go all the way over to Hollywood just for some crazy audition." I was so mad I didn't even talk to him the whole ride home and when I got home I slammed my book bag down on the ground and stomped to my room without even saying a word to my mom.
The next day when I came back from school I asked my dad again. He looked at me like I was crazy again and said, "I will let you go if your mother comes with you." He knew I didn't want to be with my mom when this is my only chance to get freedom when I am not with them and now he is telling me that I have to go with my mom if I want to make that audition. I wanted to go on my own with my friends to see all of the cute boys. With a disgusted face I said, "Fine as long as I get to go to that audition." I needed to know the time and date that I have to be there so that I can know the perfect time that I can be there to spent a couple of days not worrying about school and drama and all of that other stuff.
I went to my friends and asked when the date was. they acted like they were mad at me and I asked why they were acting like this. They gave me an ugly look and said, "I knew you were going to go your just a spoiled brat and that is all you will ever be." I didn't know why they were saying all of this stuff but it made me mad. I went on the internet and found out myself. I told my dad and a few weeks later I was on that plane with my mom goi9ng to Hollywood.
