Personality: Nice, cheerful, hates the capitol and will do anything he can to get home

Family: firstly, the tributes name. Watts. Watts lives with and old man and old lady who remember the day's when there was no careers, names Sp light (old woman) Atiller (old man) both in their 80's.

Weapon: I'm thinking a dagger kind of thing, but maybe he loses it or something and he has to use a club, if you decide he survives the Cornucopia :)

Back story: Watts is a 16 year old boy from district 5, He comes from the middle class areas where both splight and Atiller work in Power factories even though they're in their 80's Watts is forced to work due to such low money and food etc, He hates the Capitol for turning his real parents into Avox's after they were framed for stealing a trucks worth of clothes although they didnt. Anyway he accepts tessarea even though he doesn't like to, Watts is sort of smartish, although he is very popular at his school, when gets reaped some fo the other kids wail for him. no sure what else to add :3 but I can add more in easily

district token: A wired necklace his father made for him when watts was young before his parents where turned into avox's (which when he was toddler)
