back story: when his parents died of pneumonia (in the same year) he went slightly crazy. he was still able to raise robin, but since their deaths, he has been super fidgety, and OCD about everything. he has fits when he is angry, and he makes sure everything is always sparkling clean.
personality: OCD, needs anger management, ALWAYS needs control. if he has allies, he will be the one in charge ;)
