Step 1:Be a bit cheeky.You want to be confident,not cocky. You want to be honest, but not "too honest" ;) (not hurtful) . And be cheeky, but not rude.
Step 2:Be quick with comebacks.When "Shaniqua" said she leaving your party to go to a cooler one, tell her she might want to change her shirt to match her shoes. Again its with a smile and a laugh not a snip snap (unless your me ;) )
Step 3:BE CONFIDENT!!!
