Robert English : He is the hero of this story....a daring bold 18 year old boy...who is courageous enough to become "BLACK DART"... He is as swift as air and a very strong person... He moves to the city where daily night is busy with robberies and murders....

Angela Rhodes : She is the heroine of this story...A very pleasant , beautiful girl with a sweet persona...She has a beautiful face with blood- red curls brushing past her shoulder....Her parents were secret agents ...but they died on a mission...Angela, was taught how to fight by her father long time ago...she longs to use her skills until she meets black dart who persuades her to become his partner...as "STARDOM"...she doesn't want to join him until she foresees the danger coming to her city...

Dr. Theodore Balthazar : He is the evil scientist who wants to destroy the whole city...He hates black dart and stardom and even tries to kill them...He engages several people to rob, kill and threaten different people. But on the outer side...he is considered as a great scientist and a well known doctor...
