You sit on the toilet with phone in hand, it's noon on a week day and you've been walking around all day looking for a Pokemon other than Rattata or Pidgy. Suddenly you feel a vibrating on your arm, you look to your phone and a notification appears.

EVENT: Rayquaza is within 100 metres (328 feet) of you.

This is it, what you've been waiting for. Something new and exciting. You rush off of the toilet, almost forgetting to pull up your pants. Sprinting to your room, you grab your hat and sunglasses. "RAYQUAZA IS HERE!" you shout, running towards your front door. By now your mother is used to the gibberish words you spout of creatures roaming the streets, "be back before 3," she calls after you.

As you burst out of the house the familiar feeling of sun shining against your skin is felt. You find your bike sitting against the wall and jump on. You move down the road quite quickly, following the map on your device. As you ride, you spot various other people with their phones out, on bikes, walking, even in cars, moving in the same general direction as you. You recognise some people you've battled or traded with. The distance counter ticks down as you turn right and left, and right again.

You finally arrive at a familiar place, your local park. By now at least 20 people have gathered with more trickling in by the second. You pick up your phone and scan the area using it. No sign of the legendary Pokemon. People begin to split and look for clues. Within a few minutes a call from nearby, "IT'S OVER HERE!" People look up and turn around, holding their phones up to see the majestic virtual creature. You quickly snap back to reality and realise people have begun to battle the beast. You tap your screen a few times, selecting your strongest Pokemon, Weavile. It was one of your first Pokemon, traded from a close friend who had recently arrived back from Canada. The sounds of what seems like 100 Pokemon calls ring out, with more joining the fray every second.

Minutes later, the crowd is restless as they seemed to have underestimated Rayquaza's strength. It's at almost 1/4 of it's original health. People begin to send out the big guns, the strongest of the fairy and ice are running around attacking with the strongest of moves. Quickly, the health drops to the deep red zone. The crowd cheers as a Lucario is seen sending strong beams of Dragon Pulse, over and over again.

A guttural roar calls. The crowd falls silent as Rayquaza attempts to fly away, and is hit by one fatal hit from a Moonblast. It collapses to the ground with an earth breaking rumble from the collective sound of mobiles on full volume.

Cheers ring out, hugs go around, even tears are spilt, as the whole crowd throws a Pokeball in unison with hopes of catching this new Pokemon.

Brip, brip, brip, DRRING!
That's it, you've caught it.

People drain out of the park as quickly as water draining out of your sink. You sit to recollect your thoughts of the day. A small amount of movement catches your eye. Two people are huddling around the area Rayquaza fainted. You walk over to them and see through their phones a note lying on the ground.
