Hmm. What's that smell? Coffee? Yes. It's coffee. People talking? Where am I? Oh yeah. I'm on a plane. No... Wait. I'm not on a plane, that's impossible.

"Is Ellie awake?", I heard someone say. I opened my eyes. Light floods in and I can't see

for a few seconds. I rub my eyes. I'm laying on a bed it's pink. Oh yeah I remember a slumber party. Well. I wouldn't call it that... Since it was more like a night out at a bar. My head hurts. How much did I drink? When Monica said studying party I didn't think she meant lets go to the bar and get drunk. Monica jumped on the bed. "Holy shit! I didn't know you could party so well!", said Monica. I rolled my eyes. "Monica you said we were going to study", I complained. Monica replied, "A little fun doesn't hurt anyone Ellie. Your always sitting and studying." I got up. I could barley stand on my feet. My head was throbbing. I walked towards the bathroom. Ugh this bathroom could use a little cleaning. Looks like we got more than drunk. Vomit was everywhere. I grabbed a towel and wiped off what was there. I took off my tank top and short shorts. And jumped in the warm shower. "Ellie not fair. I was going to get in. Oh well you leave me no choice", she said.

Monica got in the shower with me. I looked at her. I got my towel and got out with shampoo in my hair. I grabbed all my stuff and stormed out. "Ellie, honey where you going", Monica said sadly. I didn't reply. Lucky I live a few doors away. Smack. "Hey! What the hell! Watch where your going little bastard!," the words came out of me like a fountain. "Ellie..," a familiar voice said. I looked up. Shit it was my professor! "I... I ummm I have umm... Professor I have a late essay for...," I was stammering. He started laughing. "Ellie your only in your jr. Year of high school," he said. I blushed. I started walking. He followed. "What are you doing," I asked. "You said you had a late paper," he said. "Oh yeah come on in. Just sit down on the couch," I said. I walked into my room and closed the door. I threw a pair of jeans on and a t-shirt. I grabbed my laptop and walked out of my room. "You still have shampoo in your hair," he said smirking. I kept a straight face. I sat down and opened my laptop. It was taking a while to load. "Would you like some tea?" I asked. "Sure. Nice place you got here. Where's your mom?", he said as I grabbed to tea cups. "Why you interested in her?", I asked. He shook his head no and pushed up his glasses. I put the tea kettle on the stove. I walked back and printed my essay off the computer. I gave it to him. "Your work is truly amazing," he commented. I smiled. "So. Going out and getting drunk is normal for you?" he asked. "No. My friend dragged me into it," I said. He had his glasses down on the table. Now that I look at him. He is very handsome. He still looks very young. He looked up and caught me checking him out. The tea kettle let high pitches of noise into the air. I slowly got up and turned off the fire and poured hot water into the tea cups and got them ready. I took them back to the couch, I gave him a cup. I sipped some out of my cup, the cup fell from my hands and shattered on the floor. "Your just a mess today aren't you?" he asked. I started to pick up pieces of broken glass. I saw blood. I cut my finger. "Ellie your bleeding," he said. He grabbed my arm gently and walked with his hand around my arm to the sink. He turned the faucet on and put my hand in the water. I look at his hand around my arm. "Sorry," he said and pulled his hand away. I grabbed a napkin and held it on my finger. While he picked up the other pieces. He was right I am all over the place. I sat down on the couch. "You should get some rest Ellie," he said softly. I nodded and closed my eyes. It all went black.
