The School of Horror

Chapter 2

I just landed in Charlottetown and OMG is all I can say! There are no gates you have to walk outside to get back into the airport. And it's a raining cats and dogs! Everything got soaked including my new outfit from Eclipse. The airport itself is the smallest thing ever! Oh my god that's it this airport sucks.

We have finally arrived to our house and it's the smallest thing ever. I have to share a room with my younger sister. Sure the room is a decent size and the bathroom is right across from my room but I need my privacy and when I mentioned that to my mom she said either I share with my sister or I have to sleep in the basement. Let me tell you the basement is not as luxurious as most houses. Anyway the rain stopped so I explored the property, the owners have a cottage in the backyard and the backyard is huge. Anyway behind the cottage is a maze that seems a lot of fun to chill and read.

"ALEX, ALEX I NEED TO TELL YOU SOMETHING! WHERE ARE YOU?"
"I'm outside Brianna what do you want?"
"Alex guess what? The first day of school is in two weeks YAY!"

Ok sometimes I don't understand my little sister, I mean who gets excited for the first day of school. I honestly think she's messed up. Anyway mom says tomorrow we are going supply shopping, but get this we can't do any shopping here in Souris, we have to go to Charlottetown because that's where all the stores are. What kind of place is this? UGH!!

The day I've been dreading for has finally arrived, it's the first day of school. Ya and get this there are only two schools in the area there's one that is 5 minutes from my house but my mom says, "You're not going there because you don't get an education." So she's taking me to a school that's 15 minutes from home. I'm just like that's not fair but my mom never listens to me.

We arrive at the school and I feel it's kinda creepy and it looks really run down and old. I walk inside after saying bye to my mom and it looks more scary on the inside. It's all rusted and creaky and I swear I saw a mouse trapped in a cobweb. I honestly think my mom hates me because she's sending me to this horrible school. I walk into my class and I see that I'm the third one here. There are two other girls that seem to be best friends. I honestly don't know where I belong so I sit at my desk quietly. The two girls come up to me they are both really pretty one has blonde hair and the other brown. "Hey I'm Skylar," says the blonde girl. "This is Hannah. You're the new kid aren't you."
"Ya I'm the fresh meat in the class. So how long has this school been functioning it looks really run down and old."
"I don't know." Answers Skylar.
Anyway class is about to start and we organize everything our binders, our lockers, everything. Even the lockers are creepy and scary. Then it's time for recess and Skylar, Hannah, and I are already best friends. Before we go outside we go use the bathroom and it smells like something died in there. I thought someone just had a really bad poop until I realized that there was a stall that was locked. "Alex don't go in that stall, no girl has gone in the stall for years." Says Skylar
"Why?" I asked
"There are rumours and legends that somebody was flushed down the toilet and if you use it then you will join her." They both left the bathroom cause I was gonna take a while. But the truth is I'm gonna find out what's in that stall. I had a bobby pin so I managed to pick the lock and I open the door to the stall and I just freeze up and I'm about to faint and puke.
"AHHHHHHHHH!" I scream. "SOMEBODY HELP ME, HELP ME! I'M IN THE BATHROOM! HELLLP!"

The teachers rush in and see what's in the stall and they all freeze. I wish my curiosity didn't get the better of me. 'If only I listened' I thought 'if only I wasn't curios then I wouldn't be scarred for life with the most frightening thing I've seen.' I just sat and look in the stall and started to cry. It was the most horrible thing I've seen in my life.
