Why do we change?

It's strange isn't it? We are always changing. Whether it's our personality or our live style or our hobbies. But as time wears on we change. But why?

Once we where little kids without a care in the world who probably almost never lied and believed the thing that your parents told you because you didn't expect them to lie to you because they always say that it is bad to lie.

They told you things. Made stuff up. Santa will only bring you presents if you good, if you stay up past midnight you'll turn into a pumpkin. that sort of stuff yet as we grow up they stop telling us these thing because we figure out for ourselves that they aren't real, and if you have younger siblings then you start to help your parents feed them those lies. Strange, isn't it? How we learn from our parents, what we pick up to help us manipulate people into doing what we want.

Anyway, back to the topic - change.

What is it?

The dictionary defines it as

Change

Verb

Make or become different.

"A proposal to change the law".

2. Take or use another instead of.

"She decided to change her name"

Noun

1.

An act or process through which something becomes different.

"The change from a nomadic to an agricultural society"

But I guess I can define it as something else.

Change - something that is happening all the time all around you.

We are all change from little kids to adults

We are moulded by the situations around us changed into an image of what other wants us to be

Even the most constant thing in your live can change.

And it doesn't even have to be big

It can be a change in how you walk home or your daily routine, a change in your friendship group, where you live, your

School that your teacher is

It can happen and we don't notice

It happens and we don't notice

It happens all the time

My question that I want answered is why is it there and why do we need it? Do we need it?

Why can't we just stay the same and keep be little kids?
