Chapter 4

Choices

Lea's pov

I just stared at both of them in shock. They had to be joking right, I mean forever is like until I die. So it would be me the human and two vampire living under the same roof, how is that going to work: well I'll tell you it isn't.

"I'm not staying here," I told them with no humour in my voice.

"You don't have a choice," Adam snapped at me.

"Yes I do!" I shouted at him.

"No you don't!" he shouted back at me.

"Yes I do!" I really hate this guy.

"OK you do," he told me sweetly which just confused me.

"I do?" I questioned unsure. This was just to good to be true.

"Yes you do ok, now shut up and listen for one minute and I might let you choose."

"Ok I'm listening," I told him

"Good. Now these are you two options, choice number one is that we let you go but if we do that it means we would have to kill you because you know what we are. I'm hoping you go for number one because I really am hungry and you would make the perfect dinner-so sweet. However I'll give you another choice which is your option two and that is that you will live with us forever," he smiled at me.

"You're making my choose between a quick death or a slow death, how cruel can you be?" I cannot believe this guy.

"Well what did you expect, we are vampires," he laughed at me.

"Adam that's enough," Jeremy look annoyed at Adam.

"Oh stop spoiling my fun brother, we don't have any fun around here anymore and I just love playing with this Sweet Little Thing's head," he moaned at Jeremy.

"Playing with my head, why you big jerk, who are you calling Sweet Little Thing I do have a name you know and its lea." I shouted at him.

"I don't know what you talking about Sweet Little Thing," he smirked at me.

"I don't think you understand English Jerk fangs, so I'll say this very slowly for you to understand. My name is Lea, L-E-A. Do you understand that jerk fangs."

"What was that Sweet Little Thing?" he smirked at me again.

"YOU LITTLE-"

"Lea just ignore him, that's was I do most of the time, and Adam just shut up so I can explain to Lea want is going on," Jeremy told him sternly.

"Fine little brother, take it away," Adam just smiled at him.

"It's about time Adam, ok so Lea the reason you are going to have to stay with us is that now you know what we are we can't let you go. People can't find out that vampire's are real it will get send everyone in to a panic and we would get hunted down. Therefore the only logical answer to our problem is that you stay here and live with us in our home. I promise you no harm will come to you, Adam might say a lot of things but that's it, he's all talk- He won't do anything." He told me truthfully and I believed him.

"But what about my family and friends their going to think I'm dead."

"That's the way it has to be Lea, I'm sorry," he told me sadly.

"But what about food?" I questioned him.

"You are the food," Adam laughed at me, I gave him one of my looks and he didn't say anything more.

"Don't worry I'll get Adam to stock the kitchen up with human food."

"Like hell I will little bro," he told him annoyed.

Jeremy just turned around and looked at him then Adam sighed.

"fine." Ha that was funny to watch.

"So it is all settled then, Lea will be living with us," he looked at me for an agreement. What can I say it seemed that living with two vampires looked like the much better option. I mean would you prefer to live with vampires or die. I know what I would pick, so I nodded my head in agreement.

"Oh and Lea, by the way I love the name Jerk Fangs, it suits him," Jeremy and me laughed while Adam snickered leaving the room. And I swear I heard Adam say,

"Whatever she's called Sweet Little Thing."
