Steven's P.O.V.
I walked into the temple eager to share the new together breakfast I had made. Since the last one didnt turn out so well I thought it deserved a second chance.
"Umm...Guys?" I asked, peering through the doorway. There was a sharp growl that pierced the silence of the room.
"STEVEN GET OUT OF HERE!" I heard Pearl yell. There was a quick thump and Amethyst was sent into me.
That's when I faded out into darkness.
"G-Garnet...P-P-Please...." I heard Pearl beg. Slowly I opened my eyes and there lay Pearl. Gem cracked, hands and feet bound together by ropes. She coughed up a mess of black and red blood. Spitting it onto the floor.
"I dont care...She left us...And she deserves to pay for it..." Garnet began, limping over to me.
I shuddered, pulling against the tight ropes that wrapped and held me in a ball.
"G-Garnet?" I asked, looking at the tall figure standing above me.
"Yes, Rose?" She asked me, gripping my shirt by the collar. I could feel the force that she held me up by.
"Im n-not m-my mom...." I begged....
"I know Steven...That's why Im getting he back..."
