Chapter 18 Dad The Death Thats Born Again

It's 3:37pm and still no sign of my dad. My mom cried herself to sleep next to me on my hospital bed. Im pretty sure I'm watching Animal Planet. There are a family of lions, a dad a mom and a kid. Just as I was thinking I wish that my family was like that I looked over my right shoulder.

It was the worst thing I have ever looked at but also the best. He was very tall, had grizzly bear brown skin, and tattoos all over his arms and up too his neck. I panicked and jerked my leg so my mom would wake up. She looked up at the clock above the door and froze. I didn't even feel her breathing for a minute or two.Then she stumbled to her feet and stared at him unsteadily.

Gears started turning in my head for the first time scene I went deaf. Mom was talking about my dad coming today and he did... He definitely did. Even though I couldn't hear I could tell my mom was telling him about me and he wasn't happy about it either. Then I understood why they got in divorce. My dad apparently got too mad and hit my mom in the stomach and didn't even think twice about it. Once my mom fell on the floor he started kicking her.

Didn't think about it either. I just sat there crying. I felt it too. Then in run my doctor trying to stop my dad. Then the best thing happen. In ran Shelby grabbing me by the arm and running me out of the room. I looked back one more time only to see the doctor and my mom laying on the floor and a tattooed hand in front of my face. That's all I saw..... And I was pretty sure that was it... But I wasn't.
