~Camila's POV (11 years old)
Today is Friday, the second to last day until camp ends. I'm not in the next scene so I just go backstage. Mark (one of the interns) gestures me to sit next to him. He's one of my friends so I decided to sit next to him. Earlier Leon told me that Mark likes me but I don't care... As I sat down he smiled at me which I returned. The show went on and I always say next to him when the scenes ended.
(Next Day)
This is our last performance!!! Before the show started I made sure I looked good for is performance. I went backstage getting ready for the act. I was sitting patiently in my chair as I saw dancers on the edges of the stage wishing us good luck. I noticed Mark joined in too, he walked up to me and hugged me.
"Are you ready?" -Mark
" Yes, but I'm still a little bit nervous." -Camila
" Don't worry, you'll do great." -Mark
I just smiled at him as Michelle shooed him away. Once the scene finished I was smiling non-stop. I sat next to Mark again as we waited for the film to end. I felt something go on my left shoulder so I turned my head and saw him resting on me. He smiled at me while slightly caressing my hair. I went to my next scene as he watched me. Once I came back it was our break. I sat down and he asked me if I need anything and I just shook my head. We both sat down against the wall in silence. Soon I noticed a sudden warmth on my hand. I looked and saw my hand in someone else's. I felt really awkward and didn't know what to do I squeezed his hand back lightly.we stayed in that position for a couple of minutes until my friend Jacob saw us.
"What are you guys doing?" -Jacob
"Nothing..." -Camila
"You guys are obviously doing something, Mark think about it. You're an 18 year old man holding an 11 year old little girl's hand. You'll get in big trouble!" -Jacob
" Just mind your own business Jacob..." -Mark
"No! I'm gonna tell Ms. Prescott and you will get fired. I know she's pretty but still she's too young!"-Jacob
"Jacob..." - Mark
" I'm gonna tell Ronald"-Jacob
Jacob started walking away to Leon. Leon then came over with Jacob.
"Look... Mark she's too young for you." -Leon
"That doesn't matter." -Mark
"Mark, you're gonna look like a pedophile... Camila, just don't talk to Mark ALONE. " -Leon
I just nodded quickly, as the break ended. I went to one of my friends and sat next to her and chatted with her quietly backstage. She told me Mark wanted to talk to me so i followed him to the shack. I went around the extra props as we went to a corner.
" Jacob said that he was sorry about the threaten. He wanted to say it face to face but he's dancing at the moment." -Mark
"Oh okay..."-Camila
" What are you guys doing here!!! Camila I told you not to talk to him alone."-Leon
" He was telling me something... And, we're not alone! There's him!" -Camila *I pointed at a random guy in the shack*
"who's he?" -Leon
"I don't know..." -Camila
" How can I trust him to do something if Mark makes a move on you."-Leon
I stayed quiet because it was true. Would he try and stop Mark? Would he do anything?
"Come on just... Let's get out"-Leon
We followed and I returned to my friend. She asked me what it was that we talked about and I made an excuse. She didn't notice it was a lie and told my other friend.
I just hanged around her and my other friend for the rest of the day. Mark didn't talk to me backstage but after the show ended, he hugged me.
" You did great!" -Mark
" Thank You! Good job on the drums!" -Camila
" Thanks..."-Mark

We went home after so I didn't talk to him anymore. I'm still eleven so i can't say anything bad about myself... And when someone touches me physically, I accept it if they are my friend or I can talk freely around them. I don't like to look mean so I don't push them away or anything. UNLESS they touch me inappropriately then GET AWAY!!!
