Anna's P.O.V

In the morning i woke up feeling quite uneasy, couldn't really figure out what was wrong, meanwhile the nurse came in with some tablets and instructed me to have them after breakfast.... "What tablets are these?" I finally asked cause she had mentioned it earlier last night too.
"These are just the replacement for the liquid that had to be injected, as ur skin is too sensitive and bruised already, you have to have these tablets."
Thank you for the explanation...."Actually i wanted to know what do these do!"
"You will have to ask that to the doctor!"   She answered quite rudely.
"Ok"
I looked at our sleeping beauty Miss Maddy! Who didn't even wake up after all the loud conversation.... Looks like she's quite busy dealing with Jim in there😜.
"Wake up Maddy!" I literally shook her "My sleeping beauty please wake up, the nurse had already been here and Sam would be here any minute, I don't wanna ruin my impression on her! So you better be up now!"
"What is it Anna, let me sleep"
"Oh, I'm soo sorry ma'am am I disturbing your precious beauty sleep??" I asked sarcastically.
"YES, YOU ARE!"
"Well, I don't care! C'mon now Maddy it's enough, The doctor would be here any minute now!"
"OKAY!,  happy now!"
"Yes, and now go freshen up and have breakfast."

"Hey Anna how are you?, did you sleep well?"Sam came in and asked.
"I'm good Sam, yes I slept well too. But I was wondering what do these tablets do that you are giving me!"
"Oh.. Those.... They're just multivitamins that will help your immune to stay strong while I perform the tests." She explained.
"Ohh.... Ok!"
"So are you ready?"
"For?"
Sam's eyes widened.
Yeah, ready for a marathon Anna. Stupid!
"Oh... Ya... That... Of course.. I'm ready, so what exactly are we doing?" I asked.
"Come along I'll let you know"
"Uh... Ummm....Can't we wait until mom comes?"
"Ohh yes sure why not!, I'll go check on to the other patients."

Mum arrived a few minutes later and then Sam explained everything in detail.. Which of course i didn't understand but... Yeah... Well.. Mom did! We head towards this room with some weird lightings and all windows covered... Obviously! The nurse took my hand and placed a UV lamp over it at a distance, after a few minutes I literally started screaming and took my hand off the table...

"What are you doing Sam!???" Mom yelled
"Don't worry Anna it's just a simple test, I'm trying to figure out what exactly causes those bruises, is it the direct sun or some other reaction." She explained.
I quickly immersed my hand in the tub filled with ice but the pain was as it had been.
She did a few more procedures when I finally had a break and was allowed to go out to my 'room'.
"OUCH!!!" I yelled as i fell down on the floor on being pushed by some douchèbag.
He didn't even turn his big ugly head to apologize and kept running forward.
"Such a jerkpid!"
"Who". Maddy asked, almost ignoring the fact that i was still lying on the floor, mentally abusing that guy.
"I don't know, looked like he was late for his flight, he literally bashed into me!"
"C'mon now he wouldn't do that on purpose, he must be legitimately late!"
"And how can you be so sure bout it?!"
"Stop with the whining now!, I'm hungry and have been waiting for you since an hour now!"
"You should've gone home Maddy! Mom's already here and you look tired..... Go get some sleep and come back in the evening if u want".
"Ok then, but you take care!, I'll buzz you if I'm planning to annoy you again!"
"Bbye "
"Bye there"
I spent the rest of the afternoon watching game of thrones and chilling with mum.
"Sam has told you can go home by tomorrow" mom interrupted.
"What!?? But i really like it in here!, I don't wanna go! Please mom!!" I begged.
Mom looked at me in amazement !
"You've got to be kidding me right now Anna!"
"But... Mum...."
"Hush now!!, just few more tests and we can go, she'll check the reports and call me for the further proceedings."
I quickly messaged Maddy....

"Dude, I'm done! Sam's done with her so called 'SO MANY ' tests and stuff!"
She replied the very moment...
"WHAT!! Mahn i really liked the coffee you get there!!"
"You dumbhead! I'm sad bout leaving this awsome room and you're worried bout the coffee?"
A few minutes later Sam came in and asked me if i had a burning sensation on my skin.... Which I kinda didn't but 'twas pretty red, she also took my blood sample to check d count of WBC's Finally! I know right! She got a spot to prick that thing into my skin!!

Next morning I suddenly woke up to some alarm that didn't sound like a normal bed side alarm, but a very weird sound a fire alarm sort of. I quickly jumped out of bed and walked towards the door when out of nowhere this guy barges in my room panicking and panting....
"I'm sorry but have you seen my brother? .... He's my twin.... Looks exactly like me...... And is in a very terrible state and....." He started asking without a break.
"Woah...woah... Excuse me mister.... Please calm down! What's the matter?" I finally interrupted.
"Actually the fire alarm is activated and and my brother is admitted here two wards away, i had gone to fetch some coffee, but when i came back he wasn't there so just came asking". He continued.
"No, I haven't seen your brother but hope you find him soon"
He left immediately after that short conversation.
I went looking for mom and the reason behind that alarm. Well, I found mom but the reason for the alarm wasn't disclosed to everyone. Mom said it was the hospitals personal concern and we must not bother bout it, as i was leaving that afternoon and had to wind up a bunch of things so I didn't pay much attention to that instead was sad bout leaving that room. I really must grow up!
On the way back home mum aked me if I wanted to start my homeschooling later this week, I seriously had no interest in sitting at home and ruin my saufamore and later years......
"Mom can we please wait until Sam clears everything with the reports and we never know..... She might even allow me to go to school.....please mom"...... I gave her the pouty puppy face.
"You know that doesn't work anymore right!" Mom ignored.
"FINE! I get it! But you ask that guy whoever he is, not to come until next month.... Cause i have to spend more time with dad as he'll go back in a few days now" i stated.
