Prologue
Lucy! Look it's a frog sitting there. "No it's not Sophia." Yes it is I yelled back. Lucy was my friend from next door and probably my beastest friend ever in the whole entire universe. Her mom, aunty Jane, is best friends with my mommy. "Soph! Lucys mom is here to pick her up." Alright mommy I'm coming I just need to fetch mr dribbles the frog. My mommy wouldn't want another frog in the house she finds them slimy and disgusting. I'll have to hide dribbles in my room. Dragging Lucy to my room to go and hide dribbles was not a easy task, she doesn't like dribbles.
"Bye Lucy, see you at school!" My mom grabbed my hand and told me to sit on the couch.
Here comes another shouting contest with me, but instead my dad comes to sit next to me along with my older brother. I turned my head to look at my brother and saw the tears in his eyes.
"Daddy is leaving Soph." My brother yelled. "he will come back" my mom said. I could feel the tension in the air as my tears began rolling down my cheeks.
Daddy left the next day.
