Chapter 21:

Vikki's POV:

I sat in the living room with everyone as we all remained quiet. Melissa's yells were heard through the whole mansion.

She scared my daughter so bad she does no come out of her room. She wants to be alone.

"What do we do." Amy asked breaking the silence.

"What can we do? She went mad." Donny sighed.

"Don't be a dick, she didn't go mad. She lost her faith." Sara corrected him.

"It's the same thing." Amy rolled her eyes.

"Stop arguing." Jason told them as they all sat back in their seats.

Melissa's mother and father were off finding the Vampire's killing people.. They would be back today how do I tell them there daughter is surrounded by darkness.
I sighed and looked at the ceiling.

Vincent face came into view as I looked at him. He had Melissa's eyes but my face features.

"There back." He told me.
I stood up as Melissa's parents walked in.

"Hi guys, no luck.." She sighed.

Everyone was quiet looking at them. Her screams were heard as she looked alerted .

"What's wrong with Melissa. What's going on." She asked moving to were the screams were.

I moved in front of her stopping her.
"Don't it will kill you to see her like this."

"Like what?" She asked.

I bit my lip as her brother walked in yawning than looked serious because of the quietness.

"What's going on?" He asked blowing out smoke.

Melissa's loud screaming alerted him as he ran for her. I couldn't stop them as they all went in and stared at her.

"That's isn't your daughter.. But her darkness " I told them.

Her mom went over as Melissa growled at her.
"Baby.." She whispered.

"Baby? If I do recall Mommy. YOU LEFT ME!" Melissa's wolf roared.

"Melissa-

"LEFT ME!!" She repeated.

Her mom was in tears backing away from her.
"Her eyes.." Her brother said.

"Her darkness took over her body and her wolf.. We have no clue how to bring her back."
I told them.

"Well we have to do something." He said.
"Melissa wake up!" He shook her.

"Aren't you supposed to be dead brother. Fuck off!" She screamed thrashing around.

"Melissa this isn't you." He yelled at her.

She closed her eye's and said his name.
I was shocked she was still in there but it didn't last long as she spit on him and laughed.

I pulled him away before he could do anything.
"She isn't Melissa. I know it's hard to see. But this is not her.."

He whipped his face off and walked away slamming the door hating the screams.

"How .. How can we fix this?" Her mom asked.

"We haven't figured is out ." I told her as we all walked out the room.

"Well we need to figure this shit out, I need my
Daughter back!" She snapped stopping.

I sighed and looked at her a little pissed.
"Don't you think I know? The mother of my babies is in there!"

She looked at me as I stormed off.
Of course they followed me.

"I didn't mean it like-

"No you did mean it, I am trying everything I can. She is my mate . What do you want me to do! You people-
I stormed off without finishing and closed my office door and sat on my desk chair.

I shut my eyes and tried communicating with her. I couldn't feel her though .

Melissa.. It's me baby talk to me.

My eyes popped open hearing her as I sighed.
I will save you.. Have faith..

Just like that she was gonna and I couldn't hear her. It brought tears to my eyes as my kids came in looking at me.
I whipped them away.

Them came over and hugged me .
I couldn't hold it back as I balled my eye's out in their arms.

"It's ok." Vanessa whispered.

"We'll get her back together." Vincent smiled.

"As a family." Vanessa smiled kissing my cheek.

I looked at my two kids and sniffles hugging them tight.
A bond between a family is something everyone should cherish.

"I promise we will .. We have figure out how."

We stayed quiet hugging eachother. Than Vanessa shot up.

"I know how!" She
Smiled.

I looked at her .
"What?"

"You won't like it.. And I doubt
They will help." She bit her
Lip.

"Tell us?" Vincent spoke.

"Well, Kat was telling me
About her tribe. Her aunt is like her but different, she doesn't like their family so went her own way, she can get into Mom's head and help her.. "

I looked at her shocked hearing this.
"Even if this is true.. There is no way they will help."

A knock came at the door as Amy opened it.
"Someone is here.. Asking for you three."

I looked at Vincent and Vanessa as we all went down the stairs to meet this stranger

There stood a random lady with black hair. She dropped her bag and looked at us . She looked serious as she crossed her arms.

I looked at her up and down and raised my eyebrow.

"Can I help you?" I asked.

"No but I can help you." She told me stepping to me.
Jason stopped her.

She looked at him and rolled her eye's .
"Do you want me to save your mate or what wolf?"

Vanessa's jaw dropped.
"Your Kat's aunt."

She looked at Vanessa and smiled.
"And your her friend. I heard you calling for me, so I had to come. Also heard what happened to my niece.. I want answer's before I do this."

"Answer's."

"Why you have her covered up? When she is not dead." She said.

I almost chocked.
"Excuse me? She is dead.. I'm-

"Child. She is asleep, a deep deep sleep like your mate."

Vanessa dropped to her knee's at the news.
"If your lying-

"I can tell you I'm not. Hand me over her body and I'll save your mate."

I looked at Vanessa and Vincent. They looked at me. I bit my lip and looked at the woman.
"Save my mate."
