A small gentle breeze hung lightly in the air, helping a few orange leaves drift to the damp asphalt. Eren took a deep breath, gently gripping Armins hand. In Erens left hand was a bag of Halloween costumes for the party.
Armin kept a firm hold onto his boyfriend, not knowing that the hand had touched another man. Small laughs came out of the blondes mouth, seemingly forced. Things had been tensed between the two after Mikasa had left. For some reason she'd decided to up and leave. The two didn't understand, simply because they always piled their problems on her and never stopped to ask how she was.
Therapists never really said anything was wrong, they all said she needed to rest, that she needed to ease up. Of course Eren, being the good brother he is, let her have space. And she ran.
Armin kept walking and babbling, something about a big breakthrough at his lab, Eren had no interest. The only time it sparked was when Levi was mentioned. Eren tensed and looked behind him. There stood the man himself. Armin shook his hand, saying the formalities of " Its been forever!" And " How is the Misses? Is Hanji doing good?" Eren kept his gaze to the ground, shame and guilt washing over him. Levi seemed unusually happy for someone hiding an affair. Armin seemed to notice the small smile too and asked about it." Has anything good happened lately?" Levis mouth spread into a cheery grin." We're having a baby!"
Something inside of the brunette clicked, and he fell to the ground, clutching his chest and gasping for air.
