Chapter 8: Broken Trust.

With Jungkook's animated rotting corpse standing in between me and the doorway it was impossible to escape and get help. I stepped to the side quickly to pass him but he was faster then me "not so fast Izzy, we're not finished yet cutie" he said to me followed by a maniacal laughter. I took a deep breath in and out, Jungkook stepped closer to me slowly I backed up until I hit the gym wall. I griped the flashlight in my left hand tightly and I swung it at his head knocking him over. I ran for hit, he grabbed me by my ankle and tripped me and climbed on top of me holding me down "Let go of me you undead freak !!!" I said as I struggled to free myself from his tight grasp. A creepy smile formed on his face. I kneed him several times in the crotch area until he let go, he let out a loud inhumane shriek. "you can't run forever izzy" he called out to me. "i'm gonna get you sooner or later and when I do i'm gonna kill you, i'm gonna cut your stomach open and rip out your intestines while you're still alive" I looked back at him and he was laying there laughing at the pure fear and terror on my face.

I was in a panic but I quickly got to my feet and sprinted for the door and slammed it shut. I ran as fast as I could down the hall to get away from him. I looked over my shoulder to see if anything was chasing me, not watching where I was going I slammed into something and flew backwards, my vision gave out before I could see what it was. "izzy?!?" "Isabella?!?" "ISABELLA?!?" My eyes flickered open and tried to adjust to the bright light and shadowy figures calling my name. I reached out and clasped my head where the impact of the fall hit me the hardest "Oww.." I said out loud. "Oh thank goodness you're okay !!" Choa wrapped her arms around me and held me tight. Once I realized what was happening I quickly came to my sense. "what happened??? why'd you take so long??? who's blood is that?? it's not from you, your wound didn't even break the skin." Choa kept asking me questions before I could even finish them. "Slowdown choa, let her talk" Jhope said putting his hand on her shoulder. I glanced over at Jhope, I couldn't tell him that Jungkook's corpse is roaming around. I bit my lip out of frustration and said "I.. Don't remember, all I remember is running down an endless hall and then I slammed into something or someone and woke up here" I lied avoiding Jhope's gaze, I was a terrible liar if you knew me personally. I can never look someone in the eye after telling a lie. Choa wrapped her arms around me and I couldn't help but blush. "you ran into me after I was out looking for you because you took too long and I got worried" she said softly in my ear.

Kidoh forced a cough and choa let go of me rolling her eyes at him. "anyway.. I think you should take a look outside" Kidoh said to me and pointed towards the window. I stood up slowly and made my way to the window moving the curtains aside. It was morning, a smile broke out on my face. I have never been this happy to see the sun in my whole 17 years of living. "Does this mean this nightmare is over? can we finally go home?" I said still looking out the window. "um.. I don't think so" Yano said. I looked over at him and he was glancing down beside him where Chiyo held his hand. "If she's still here then we definitely aren't back in our own time period." Chiyo hopped over to me as if she was imitating a frog and hugged me. "glad you're okay.. onee-san" I smiled down at her. "Arigato Chiyo-chan" she hopped back over to Yano and held his hand again. "she seems to be fond of you" Kidoh said patting Yano on the back playfully "maybe she has a crush on him" I said giggling and all of us except for Chiyo and Yano were laughing.

We all sat in a circle joking around and having a good time, pretending like everything was alright, like we were safe for the moment. We teased Yano and Chiyo saying that they should get married "she's just a little girl" Yano said in an irritated tone, he glanced over at me "what about you and choa? you two seem to be friendly with each other, you two should get married" I grabbed an old magazine and threw it at him "Yah !!! keep your mouth shut if you want to live" I glared at him, the whole room was filled with laughter, even yuna who was having a panic attack due to fear and stress earlier was laughing and enjoying the mood. "alright I gotta take a leak" Jhope said standing up. He wiped the dirt from his jeans and stretched out his arms. "wait I have to go too, let's go together it's safer that way" Yano stood up. "Don't cheat on your little girlfriend with Jhope" Kidoh teased. "You're lucky you're older then me hyung" Yano said before shutting the door behind him.
