"Miss? Miss Grey-hey!" The lady who attended the desk shouted as I rushed out of the office doors, not waiting for her to catch up. I hurriedly walked through the halls, looking up at the clock that read 3:42. Well, I'll probably get into trouble on Monday, but that's not the main focus right now.

I turned the corner and quickly ran to my locker, fumbling with the lock. I twisted it a few times, cursing as I missed the first number but soon unlocked it with a click! and dumped all my shit inside before slamming it.

After I locked my locker, I quickly spun around but stopped. My eyes locked on him; Elliot. He leaned over, looking around in his locker, and I huffed.

"You." I spat angrily, walking over to him furiously. He spun around and his eyes went wide. He shut his locker and spun around but I was quicker. I grabbed him by the ear and pulled him down against the locker, earning a few noises from his mouth, "You."

"What!" He whined, rubbing his ear.

"You know something," I snapped.

"Know what!" He pried on, "I'm an honors student, I know lots of things."

"I'm not talking about school you dumb ass! I'm talking about him," I bit my lip angrily, eyeing him, "Andy."

His eyes went wide. "You remember!"

"No I don't!" I shouted, "That's the problem! I.. I don't know," I shook my head, looking back down the hall, "I don't know.. I'm getting random bits and pieces of things, but I can't seem to remember the whole thing!"

Elliot quickly stood up, grabbing my arms as he rubbed them gently, "Mad, it's okay.. It's okay.. Do you remember me? Hm?" He arched an eyebrow, and I shook my head no, "Madison, it's me. Elliot? From childhood?"

I shook my head, "I don't remember."

He sighed and slid his wallet out of his front pocket, flipping it open. He flicked through a few cards like Dunkin Donuts or his school ID, until he came to a picture, "This is us." I grabbed the photo lightly, looking it over a few times. I saw myself, but I didn't remember who the kid next to me was.. But as I studied his face harder and harder, I slowly regained memory.

"Come play with me!" She nagged, running around the playground as the little boy chased her.

"I'm gonna get you!" He shouted, a toothy grin on that delicate face of his. She ran up the ramp, climbing high on the ladder, "You're mine!"

"You can't catch me!" She teased, sticking her tongue out as she slid herself down the slide, her purple dress skidding across it.

"It was summer," I whispered, "We were at the park down the road from my house..." I blinked, "We were playing tag, and I kept reading you."

"Nah nah nah nah!" She teased, running along the wood chips. The little girl hopped up on the play set, ready to climb but stumbled back as he popped out of nowhere, "Gotcha!"

"Aw no fair!" She whined.

"Is too!" He shouted back.

"Is not!" She yelled.

I laughed softly, "You came out of nowhere, and I said it wasn't fair."

"Heheh, told you I'd get ya!" He said, smiling proudly. She huffed and gave a sarcastic smile before pulling herself up, brushing the dirt from her dress. She looked down and frowned, "No! I got a boo boo," She pouted, looking at a new found scrape that made itself known on her knee.
