"Alright Mr. Santiago, that's all." Jefé stated, while he shook my hand. "Nice doing business with you." He nodded.

"Thanks man, 'preciate it." I said as I grabbed by briefcase and headed towards the door. This had to be one of the best days of my life, I just signed that dotted line. I'm a club owner now. I haven't told anyone, and I don't plan on telling anyone until the grand opening.

Once I made it to my car, I quickly got in and loosened my tie. Then I took off my jacket throwing it in the backseat--

"Yeah, hello?" I said into the phone as I backed out of the parking space, pulling off.

"Say Meeks, me and Quan at the spot waiting on you." Spade told me.

"I know motherfucka', I was in a business meeting." I huffed, hanging up. As soon as I put my phone down, it rang again.

"Wassup Ma?"

"Jeremy where you at?" Amiyah asked, her voice so soft and sweet.

"On my way to the spot Amiyah, why what's up?" I asked.

"Well, you said you'd be home early tonight. Remember, I'm making your favorite, Shrimp stew." I smiled, that do sound good right about now.

"Aight ma, I'll be home around-" I glanced at my watch. "10:00 o'clock."

"Ugh, alright Jeremy." She huffed. "Love you, be safe." She said then hung up.

I pulled up in the parking lot of my other house and got out. I could see that something happened because windows were broken, and bullet holes decorated the building. I walked into the spot and seen everyone huddled around in the front area.

"What the fuck happened?!" I snarled looking around at everybody. "And why the fuck the guards not outside where they supposed to be?!" I snapped again. All my guards without speaking, got up and got on duty.

"Where the fuck Quan and J-Roc at?" I asked, no one in particular.

"They in the boiler room." Toni said.

"Alright thanks. Now y'all need to get back to fuckin' work, I'm not paying y'all to stand here motherfucker!" Everyone scattered to their designated areas, while I made my way into the basement.

"Who these two niggas is?" I asked my hittas as I pulled on some gloves.

"Nigga named Blade sent 'em." Quan informed me, I nodded my head.

"Where this nigga Blade at?" I asked the lil nigga with the taper fade, he looked familiar.

"Man I don't kn-" Before he could finish, he was flying out the chair from my uppercut.

"Since your friend couldn't answer it, you give it a shot." I told the other one.

"He live on 45th and Dryades, fuck that nigga I love my life." He chimed happily, as if he wasn't about to die.

"Thanks, but you still getting murked." I told him as I pulled out my Desert Eagle and sent one to his dome.

"Aye man what the fuck, we told you where the nigga was!" The other one yelled. I didn't feel the need to explain myself, so I just sent a hot one in between his eyes too.

"Y'all clean this shit up, and call the Mexicans to come do something with the bullet holes." I said as I picked up the shell casings. I put my gun back inside its' box, and placed the shells in my pocket. Not saying another word, I headed back upstairs to go home.

Before I headed to my house, I stopped at one of the old neighborhood corner stores.

"What's up my guy!" Julio chimed from behind the counter.

"Coolin, what's popping with you man." I asked as I leaned on the counter.

"Same old shit, just a different day. What you comin to get?" He asked.

"I need some Swisher Sweets." I said as I pulled out a bill from my pocket.

"Come on man, you know I can't break that." He whined.

"Nigga you don't gotta break it." I said as I slid it to him, he passed me my swishers and I was out. I couldn't get to my car before I noticed in the distance, that some dude was manhandling some chick. I put my Swishers in my pocket and
walked towards the couple.

"Aye man, I know this ain't my business but you don't gotta fuckin handle her like that." I said as I looked at the girl. She was beautiful, prettiest thang I've ever seen.

"Nigga like you said, this ain't your business. So I advise you to back the fuck off." He snapped back. I didn't say anything, all I did was swing on his bitch ass. Knocking him on his ass.

"What the fuck?!" The chick yelled pushing me.

"Damn, what you hit me for? I'm trying to help you, that shit not cool!" I yelled, backing up. I turned towards my car, and got in speeding off. I'll never forget his face, just in case he
feels the need to retaliate.

That day, was the day that I found the woman I knew I would spend the rest of my life with.
