Here's an update. It's been forever I should probably give a small thing re teaching what everyone probably has forgotten.
Hm...
SO.
Derek is still MIFA. No word from Bridgette's brothers or Colin. Nick is still locked away, Bridgette is still Bridgette. Paul was Marisa's twin. Mason was in the first book, he and Bridgette dated breathy in high school. Nick killed him in the trade to get Alice and Zander back. Marisa is dead, Blake killed her. Brian (Zanders younger brother, who ended up being Marisa's mate, he tried to hurt Bridgette for Marisa.) called Bridgette and told her Marisa was dead.
Any other things you need to know leave a comment I'll answer.
Anyway. READ.VOTE.COMMENT!

Chapter Twelve:If Someone Hates You 4 No Reason, Give That motherf****er A Reason!
Why would anyone attack the packs closest to us, but not us?
What would anyone gain from that?
All it's down is confuse us...
... Confuse.
So why would someone want to confuse us?
I stand from behind my desk, tracing my finger along the edge of my desk. Following it all the way around till I stood in front of it.
What else have they done by attacking those packs...?
They've confused use... And... Not we're...
We're scared.
This whole break down thing is annoying.
My fingers rank into my hair forcing it back and shaking it out. "Who would gain anything from scaring us?"
I felt heavy all of a sudden.
"Scare us... Or scare Derek... Or me?" My finger taps down against the desk and I turn toward the window.
"Nick?" I lick my lips before biting down on it. "Nick can hurt me whenever he gets a free second alone... What if... Blake killed... Marisa. Marisa... Marisa. Unicorn Shit... Rainbow bitch... Brian... Marisa... Mason... No he doesn't have anything to do with Marisa except that Paul, was Marisa's twin sister. So Mason then became obsessed with Marisa because she looked exactly like Paula."
But that shouldn't matter...
She doesn't fit into this?
The air in the room got heavier, Paula was supposed to marry Colin...
I hold my breath, afraid to breathe.
The paper.
Before I knew I had moved, I was in my bedroom grabbing a key and in my office taking a painting off the wall and opening up the safe.
Why so dramatic about this? Safe behind a painting in a office, super cliche?
I can't just ignore every corny moment, some of them are just so fucking tempting.
My hand quickly grabs the file, Alice's file.
She had given it to me when I was younger, specifically this was the last thing she gave me before she supposedly died.
In it?
Was a 'treaty'. Or A.K.A the contract that my parents signed signing away my life.
I drop down in my chair and flip open the file. And there it was.
