Ashton runs a support group for mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety. What he's not prepared for is a small fragile boy with the disease anorexia nervosa. He decides that he will find a way to cure him. Make him feel beautiful. Just how is he gonna do that is the question. Michael as rejected all forms of help. Michael wants to be skinny. He wants to be pretty. In his case Ashton thinks he is too much of both.
