Nya's POV
We got Zane to Cyrus's office quickly. I remembered Zane was dying fast.
"Get him up on the table! We will power him up for the reboot process," Borg ordered. We hoisted Zane up on the table, laying his arms at his sides.
"Beginning reboot... now!" Borg yells. He slams his fist on the button. The same beam of light appears, then vanishes.
Zane's POV
A flash of light disappears as I open my eyes. I feel... weak. But suddenly, Pixal is standing next to me. She says something, but I can't hear. My optics are blurry, but I can make out the suits of my brothers. Pixal strokes my face as I open and close my eyes, trying not only to focus, but to make sure I'm not dead and just seeing things.
"Welcome back from the brink of death, Zane," I finally hear Cole whisper.
"His vital signs are strong. The virus has been expelled... for good," Pixal analyzed.
"I... I'm alive?" I stuttered. I knew I was alive, I just needed clarification.
"Yes, Zane. You're alive. And we're thankful for it," Lloyd assured. I slowly sat up and tested my gears, seeing that I wasn't paralyzed. Then I slid of the table and made sure I could walk. I swayed a little, making Jay put his hands out to steady me.
"Yes... I'm alive! Alive and functional!" I triumphed, pumping my fist in the air. I checked my Spinjitzu, which was stronger than before.
"Ha. I'm alive against the throes of death!" I proclaimed, smiling.
"Pixal...," I called, opening my arms. She ran into them and we embraced. In my mind, I thought: "I am alive and I... am... ZANE."
