Yo, so long time no see, no this is not team crafted or minecraft related, this is my Nalu trash alright? Alright.

---///---

Lucy stands at the entrance of the guild, back facing the newly built hall. She took on a job without Natsu, since he wanted a break but she needed the money to pay rent.

"100,000 to read a new book? Seems easy." Lucy spoke to herself, seeing that she had just finished her book and lent it to levy for her to read. Lucy had started her journey to this city.

---///---

"Hey Gray, have you seen Lucy?" Natsu heard his little blue friend ask.

"She left a while ago on a job." Natsu sat up straighter; hearing that Lucy took in a job by herself made him uneasy.

"What? Why?" He couldn't help but ask the ice wizard.

"Yeah, chill, she can handle herself. She's not as weak as before, Natsu. You don't need to be by her side 24/7." He replied, taking a sip of his drink.

"She'll be back in about a day." He continued.

"Thanks ice brains." Natsu said, leaving the guild with his blue cat.

"She took job without us." Happy said, sounding sad.

"We said we wanted a break," Natsu commented, but was interrupted.

"You wanted a break, and now she took on a job without us."

"Well, let's catch up to her then."

---///---

Lucy looks at the flyer, then back at the old, uninhabited house.

"This can't be it." She said, turning around and taking a glance at her surrounding. She sighed, turning away from the house when she heard a noise.

"A-are you here to read my book?" A raspy voice called from behind the house door.

"Well, yeah I am, thought I took a wrong turn a while ago." Lucy faked smiled, she knew something was off, but she went along with it.

"Well come, come. I would love for Lucy Heartfilia to read my children's book."

"Children's book?"

"Yes, now sit and read."

---///---

"Natsu, where are we going?" Happy asked while his wings were spread.

"She went this way, I can smell her," Natsu smiled, showing his fanged teeth.

"Trust me, I got this." He reassured his blue friend.

---///---

"Well, this would be a good adult read, but not a children's read."

"Why not?" The creepy client asked, sending chills up Lucy's spine.

"Well, not many children would want to read about death and despair." Lucy commented.

"Oh but I would, I want them to," he stated while laughing, giving Lucy a pang of discomfort.

"Well, I would read this as an adult novel, I must be going now. You can keep the 100,000 jewel." Lucy said, slowly walking backwards to the door.

"Wait, since you're here I want to try something that will strengthen my writing." He said with a creepy smile.
Lucy's eyes widened as she froze, feeling herself lift off the ground.

"What are you doing, let me go." Was all she could say before she was slammed against a wall.

"Now, I had no plans on doing this but since you are here, I have been wanting to strengthen the torture portion of writing." He stated then laughed, causing Lucy to struggle even more. She was still under his grasp, even though he wasn't toughing her. She tried reaching for her keys but they were lifted out of her grasp.

"No no dear, now where's the fun in that?" He questioned. Lucy closed her eyes, wishing she hadn't taken this job, or at least taken this as a solo job. Her eyes jolted open once she felt a stabbing pain in her side. A gut wrenching scream escaped her lips.

---///---

"Did you hear that Happy?" Natsu asked, hearing a scream.

"Aye sir." The blue cat said, an uneasy tone leaving his lips.

"That sounds like-" Another scream could be heard. Both the human and cat turn and meet each other's eyes.

"Lucy!" They said in unison.

"Let's go."

--///---

Lucy falls to the floor, seeing that her keys and whip are no where to be found.

"Looking for these?" The client asked, the key pouch and whip in hand.

"Well to bad, no one to help you now sweetie." He smiled while sending a ball of magic her way, hitting her and causing her to hit against a wall.

"Wh-why are you doing this?!" She yelled, holding her side as she felt warm liquid spew out of the torn skin.

"Dear Lucy, don't you understand? It's to strengthen my writing." He said while taking hold of Lucy with his magic, bringing her close.

"This is only for my benefit, not yours." And with this, she was sent flying against the front door, the old beaten door falling off with her on top.

Lucy felt nothing but helpless, she wanted to do something, or anything. But she couldn't, not with the pain that was consuming her side.

"Lucy!" A familiar voice rang. Her eyes opened weakly as she saw a pink haired friend from her upside down vision.

"Nat-su." She breathed before closing her eyes again.

'Thank god you're here, saving my ass as usual' she thought before she drifted off into darkness.

---///---

"What are you doing to Lucy?" The pink haired boy asked as he looked back at his badly beaten best friend; the sight angered him.

"Hahah, well if you must know, she took the job request and insulted my writing, saying that my book would be better off as an adult novel. Here are her things." He threw the whip and keys to Natsu. "But oh well, until next time, dear Lucy." And with that, the man was gone, causing Natsu to ball his fists.

"How could he do that? Too much of a coward to fight."

"Natsu, Lucy doesn't look to good." His friend, Happy, stated, looking at the badly hurt blond that lay motionless on the ground. He came over to the two, squatting down and looking at his best friend.

"Whoever that man was Luce, I won't let him get away with this. Just know that." He stated while staring at her. To him, she seemed peaceful this way, she had a ghost of a smile on her face.

"Don't you worry, I'll get you home safe Lucy." He said, carrying the passed out girl on his back.

The only thought in his mind.

Whoever hurt my Lucy is going to pay.

The only thought on her mind.

Thank you Natsu, I knew you would be here for me.

Well there we go, haven't written in ages. So I don't think I will continue this book, I might turn it into one shots, idk, I've done that already. But I mean, meh, TC and minecraft aren't a major role in my life anymore tbh. But yeah, enjoy my Nalu trash.
