My step-family (O2L fan fic)

America here we come

"Attention passengers the plane will be landing in three minutes" I quietly squealed to myself and started packing my phone, pillow and jacket in my carry on bag and waited for the plane to land.

We arrived at the airport right when the sun was seting. The wun set right over the California beach and the city next to it. It was truly amazing. We left the plane and caught a taxi to my cousins house. They lived right on the beach and a mall down the block.

"Hey darling, wow your so grown up" I was engrossed in a huge hug by my aunty Heather. "Thanks aunty Heather."

"Kendall your sharing a room with me, your mums in the spare room and Miles is in the room with the twins." Jess said in a excited tone.

At the moment you properly dont know much about me. Well im 16 year old Kendall Sky, I live in london with my mum and my brother miles. My mum and dad split up when I was three but I was young so I cant remember why. Anyway we always come to America every summer for a month and stay with my Aunty Heather and my cousin Jess, oh and you cant forget the twins Josh and Luke.

"Omg we have to watch DUFF" I rolled my eyes and played the movie on Netflix. After we movie the video we decided to go to bed because it was already late and I couldn't wait.

Kendalls mums pov:

"Come on Lyn you need to find a man, its already been thirteen years its time to move on" Heather was pressuring me to go to go out so I could find a date. "I dont know, last time I loved someone I got pregnant twice and got married all to find out he was cheating on me" Heather rolled her eyes at me and walked into her wardrobe, she came out not long after with a pencil a black pencil dress with silver studs on the shoulders. "Your going", the kids were already asleep so I got changed and Heather did my hair in long curls. I looked stunning if I may say myself, I looked about ten years younger which is good because I have a few wrinkles from the last 18 years of my life raising the kids on my own.

Heather decided to come as well so we went to the local club, we felt like teens again. Heather left to go to the bathroom so I was sitting at the bar by myself. "Hey there I noticed you from the other side of the room" I turned my head to see a tall man with dark charcoal hair in a business suit, he looked rich and very tidy. "Um hi im Lyn" he picked up my hand and kissed the top of it softly. "Well Lyn, im Justin Pottorff and I was hoping to buy you a drink" I nodded my head and he brought me a red wine.

Later on that night I got his number and we both decided to leave. I went to Heather and told her I was getting a ride home and she was fine with it and just went back to talking to her friends.

Justin drove me home and walked me to the door. "Well I had a nice time tonight" he said with a cute glimpse in his dark brown eyes. "Me to and nice meeting you Justin" "you to Lyn and maybe I can take you on a proper date sometime" I giggled like a little kid "I would like that". He looked at me then at my lips and back at my eyes, he slowly leant in and he KISSED ME.

Haii guysi know its short but oh well its only the first chapter and have heaps planned still to come...
