You may not realize,
But this is important.
I know so much
Yet, I know so little
I know to laugh
Letting the bell music flow,
Like wind flowing in the air
Dancing trough leafy trees.
To spread my wings
And soar up high
Experiencing life
Like a newborn pup
So full of wonder.
I know to be kind and just,
But to also know the bad
Like day and night
Playing tag all the time
Take a risk
And take the plunge
Falling down so fast
To the icy sea.
And when you reach pointy rocks
Fly once again
Growing old, such is time
Sit back in rickety chair.
Swinging back and forth
Eyes glazed in memories.
Think back to the start
Smile sweetly and recall.
All the blazing fun.
You only live once
So act like there’s no tomorrow
Life is a precious jewel.
