Len's P.O.V

"Do you want to talk about it?"

She opened her mouth to say something then stopped, sighing. She stepped to the side and opened the door wider. "Come in," she said monotonously. I gave a small smile, and stepped inside. I waited behind her as she closed and locked the door, then she motioned me over to the couch in the living room. "How do you even know anything is wrong?" she asked me softly as she sat down. Looking down at her lap and playing with the hem of her skirt, she waited for an answer. "I've done it before." I watched her hands. "What made you leave? It's happened a couple time to me. Felt sick, panic attack, or you know..someone being an asshole." She looked up at me when I asked that question. "The last one.." she mumbled. I nodded. "Go on."

We spent about an hour talking about her issues. First, she told me what happened at school, then I got her to talk about the bullying from before she moved here. People always picked on her, no matter where she went, or how many times she tried to change herself. Rarely had any friends, maybe only one or two, if even that many. Some fights got physical, some worse than others. She seemed unnerved from talking about it, so I said she could stop if she wanted to. Her expression and attitude seemed better than when I first arrived. I guess all she needed was to be able to get all her feelings off of her chest.

"I'm glad you seem to be feeling better," I smiled at her. "I can leave now if you'd like. I'm sorry for showing up uninvited." I looked down at the floor, realizing how intrusive I was being, guilt clawing its way up into my head. She stayed silent, and out of the corner of my eye I saw her gently run her fingers over the fabric of the skirt's waistband. She looked at me with a tinge of nervousness in her eyes. "I appreciate you coming to check on me, but yeah..you can go now. I have some stuff to do- I'll see you tomorrow?" she said slowly and cautiously. Something was definitely off, but I didn't question it. Instead, I nodded and stood up. "No problem, anytime." I flashed a small smile and walked towards the front door, waving at her before showing myself out.

I need to know more about her.
