I quickly get out my AP Chemistry, AP Biology, and my Physics textbook for my next 3 classes before lunch perid. "Hiya!" Said a girly thick British accent. I slowly close my locker. The girl was standing to next to me, smiling.

"Uhh.... hi." I replied. She extends her hand out, "I'm Lucy-- Lucy Clark. I heard you came all the way from Florida?" I shake her hand. I was surprised she knew that. "Um, yeah. News travel fast here, huh?" She nods, "It really does. And you are?" "Oh, right... sorry. I'm Taymie Matorona."

"Pretty name." Lucy commented.

"Thanks, so is yours." I said. Honestly, I hate my name. I hate how it looks like when I write it out, I hate how it sounds.

The bell rang for first period. "I should get to class, you should too. Don't want to be late. Haha," I laugh awkwardly.

"Wait! What class do you have first?" She asked.

"AP Chemistry, you?"

She slides her arm under mine. "I do too. Let's walk together, yeah?"

Lucy was not very tall, but not very short either. She was only 2 inches shorter than me. She's slim, and looks very fragile. She is drop dead gorgeous with her long shiny black hair, and piercing blue eyes. It's like she could be twins with Megan Fox. I bet all the guys at this school wants to date her.

Lucy and I sit next to each other in AP Chemistry.

"Pssst. I think you have an admirer." Lucy whispered.

I follow her gaze. I saw the curly haired boy from yesterday staring intently at me. When I made eye contact with him, I quickly looked away. "Ohmigod, he came up to me yesterday morning." I whispered back.

"Whaaaat? No way! What did he say?"

"He said tha--"

"Hi, I'm Harry. I don't think we've formally met-- have we?" He grinned cheekily.

"Uhm, no. Well, yeah, kind of... yesterday morning. But we didn't like, introduce ourselves. I'm Taymie." I replied.

"Mind if I uh, sit here?" Harry asks, pointing to an empty desk to the left of me.

"Not at all." I give him a small smile. I glance at Lucy. 'Lovebirds' she mouthed. I rolled my eyes.
