Chapter Two

Lynzie P.O.V (Texas)

I walked onto the stage with a bunch of confidence. "Hello, what is your name?" Simon said. "I'm Lynzie Henderson." I smiled. "And how old are you?" He asked. "I'm sixteen."

"What song are you singing?"

"Just Give Me A Reason."

He told me to begin whenever I was ready. I got ready and put the microphone up to my mouth. I started to sing, and every time I got to the chorus, people would cheer. I bowed and then stood still.

From each judge I got good compliments. Then it was voting.

"Yes."

"Of course it's a yes."

"Yes."

"You are going to be very happen that you have four yes's." Simon finished the train of yes's. I thanked them and then made my way off stage.

Lindsay P.O.V (California)

I went onto the stage a little bit nervous. "Hello, I'm Lindsay Janis." I said into the microphone "Hold on.... Why is your name so familiar, and you look so familiar?" Simon questioned me as I told him my name.

"To explain everything, the first season my sister went out and she got as far as the judges houses." I blushed. "Is she here?" Simon said. Simon was her mentor. "Umm...yeah." I said into the microphone. "Bring her out." Simon said. I nodded and went to go and get her.

I came out holding Dara's hand and pulling her. "Hello Dara." Simon smiled. He greeted him. "I think that you should try Dara. Try again." Simon said. My mouth gaped open and so did her's.

"O-ok." She said. "Lets let Lindsay go first, then you." Simon said. "What sing are you going to be singing Lindsay?" Brittany asked. "Carry On." I said. Se told me to start when I was ready. I waited for the music to get to the right start and started singing.

When I was done, they gave me good compliments and all four gave me yes's. Then my sister sang Everybody Talks. She sang really good and she also got four yes's from the judges. We both walked off stage and she apologized for being there.

I can't believe that my sister is my competition.

Arin P.O.V (California)

I walked onto the stage with so many overwhelming thoughts. I really just want to know that I could sing. I want someone beside my friends and my parents tell me that I can sing. I want a professional to tell me that I can sing.

"Hello, I'm Arin Padilla, I'm seventeen and I'm going to be singing Payphone." I giggled at my sentence. I giggle when I'm nervous. The music started playing and I started singing keeping the beat to the song. Whenever I said a cuss word, the audience clapped. Really loud. Haha.

In the end, I got four yes's and very nice comments.

Hailey P.O.V (Florida)

My parents and my brothers both wishes me luck and hugged me. I smiled and walked onto the stage. The stage was so big. "Hello, I'm Hailey Lesser." I said.

"Hello what will you be singing?" L.A. asked. "Um..We Are Young?" I said in sort of a questioning tone. "Good luck." I nodded and started sing the song while people clapped along.

I was really happy with my performance and I'm guess the judges did too. The judges were clapping at the end and smiling. "Thank you." I said.

I got mostly 'amazing' and 'incredible' as my compliments. They gave me four yes's and I was ecstatic. I ran off the stage and hugged my mom and dad and my brothers joined in on the group hug.

Four yes's. what more could I want right now?
