''Don't you think you should wear something a bit more open for school tomorrow?" Kat was staring at every single one of my clothes. Slowly looking from one to an another.
"I told you I would try my best to avoid sweaters this year..." Sweaters were my life. My collection of them was so big I could change sweaters every day without wearing the same one for a whole year.
"Dude that's what you said last year, and the year before that, but what did you wear?!"
"Sweaters?" I answered with an awkward grin.
We bursted out laughing like idiots at the same time. I missed her so much this summer. It felt like I visited every single countries of this planet because I literally spent more time in a plane than in a bed. So I basically never had internet and I barely talked to her. Kat wiped her mascara and I readjusted my raspberry blond hair.
"Jess I wish I could stay a little longer but I also have to get ready for the big day!" She said excited.
"Do you want me to walk you downstairs?" My laziness was wishing she would say no. What kind of friend am I?
"I think I know the way after passing here for more than 7 years!" She said before slowly closing the door. Our friendship began when we were nine, in forth grade and since then we are still besties. I listened to Kats footsteps going down the stairs till I couldn't here them anymore. I stretched my arm to my side table and took my camera out.
Photography was my life. I took pictures every single days non stop. I was so addicted to it I gave my Canon EOS Rebel T6s Body a name; Sparkles. When I first got my camera at my 13th birthday I just started snapping everything and everyone I saw. My parents told me I was talented, but when I look at those pictures I took before compared to now they look horrible.
I scrolled down the pictures I took with Kat earlier today, they looked crazy and fun. There wasn't a day we wouldn't laugh together. She represented my wife and I was hers, destined together.
Someone kicked my bedroom door open. "Dude come see this!" My older sister Devi called waving her hand for me to follow.
She ran down the stairs in excitement. I jumped out my bed and I tried to imitate her movements.
"Newbies are moving in!" She shouted excited going to the kitchen's window. I followed her and glanced at the window.
I could see a family composed of three kids: an older girl, a guy, and a cute little toddler. The little girl had two piggy tails and was wearing a pretty pink dress and a dora the explorer backpack. She was just so adorable.
A whistling noise woke me from the adorableness of the toddler.
"If I was your age that cutie over there would already be in my bed." I looked at my sister in disgust.
"What are you talkin-" My eyes widened. "Jesus is that you?" I whispered.
He looked like a god and he reassembled a damn good looking god. He was probably an alien because he doesn't come from this planet. He seemed south american or Mexican since that perfect skin and curly hair only came from over there.
"Hey! Stop drooling" Devi snapped her fingers in front of my face.
"I wasn't drooling and whatever... I was looking at the cute little girl.." I answered awkwardly.
