.Chapter 1: Wake Up!!
-----_______-------
It was cold when I wandered into the forest, looking for a place, any place to sleep. Night was approaching rapidly and I was afraid of having to turn around and go back to the hell hole I had just escaped from. Nothing would make me go back. The trees loomed over like the curtain calling for the last call of the night. It was getting harder to see the deeper I got into the forest the less light shined through. I stumbled over rocks, in the distance was an abandoned house and i ran closer until i reached the doors. I entered the abandoned house shivering from the cold and wind. It was huge and well kept which made me think that there was someone living here.
The floors were wood and there was a statue of a woman swathed in a gown and a table and chairs. I was afraid to intrude in a persons dwelling so I called out a "hello." The only thing that answered me was the sound of the wind outside. I trembled as the house creaked I looked around at the staircase and made my way closer to it. The stairs creaked under my weight and there were multiple rooms one a empty room, the next had a bed with one soft teddy bear resting on the pillow that for some odd reason beaconed me to pick it up. As I picked it up I heard the sound a slow thumping noise that scared me to my core I dropped the bear and the sounds continued to ring in my ears. It somehow managed to get closer and as I explored the room with the teddy bear was the only one with a bed.
I examined the bed closely to look for signs that someone recently slept in it and none were visible the dark forest green blanket was crisp and clean. I gave in to my tiredness and took the teddy bear off the bed and placed it in a corner those beady black eyes and knowing smile somehow frightened me. I turned the face away from the bed. In the corner of my eye I spotted a figure tall, dark, creepy. I turned my head an.....everything went black.
