Time seems to be able to choose what speed it goes, just like living creatures do. If you don't understand what I mean by that, I mean that humans, for example, can choose whether they run or walk. We can choose whether or not we walk quickly. Or I f we just simply dawdle along. We can choose anything , from a gentle jog to a full-out sprint.
And, to some people, time possesses that same ability. When we are doing something fun, such as playing with friends, or writing or reading a book, the time fly's. Or, at least, it seems as though it does because we are distracting our brains with something else, so our brain isn't even thinking about how much longer we have left. I myself, have encountered this anomaly when reading or writing countless times.
However, sometimes, the time appears to crawl. This normally happens when you are doing something boring, such as a test, or (even worse) maths...
Yeah, no I, I don't like maths. Maths is boring. Maths and homework (here's an equation for ya- maths+homework=maths homework=B.O.R.I.N.G!!!!!!!!) Are what make the time slug its way along for me.
