Reba's little ones chapter 2

Chapter 5

Reba is was in the middle of doing her yoga and Vannah was sleeping on the couch behind her.
Reba giggled at the sound of her daughters light snoring
The babies were kicking as she was doing her yoga.
"Guys can't you let mommy do this." She wrapped he belly
They both kicked once, that usually meant no. And two kicks mean yes.
"Ugh you guys are so cute!" She smiled
They liked twice
She giggled and Savannah woke up
"Morning baby" she smiled
"Morning mommy." She yawned
"Three more days!" She said referring to the babies
"That's awesome!" She smiled
Reba finished her yoga and then went and took a shower.
Savannah didn't move and just played on her phone
Reba came out and she was walking past Vannah when she hunched over grabbing the end of the couch.
Savannah looked at her concerned. "You okay?" She asked 
"Yeah... Just checking to see if I put shoes on... I did" she said lying
Savannah get her a weird look and shrugged it off
Reba breathed and then went to sit down in the rocking chair when Narvel came in. "No don't sit down, breakfast is almost ready. It will be ready by the time you get their if you start now" he said
She bent over and gripped the bottom of her stomach
Narvel and Vannah had already left the room. She let out a little whimper and closed her eyes tight
Savannah was concerned but didn't say anything
Reba walked in about 5 minutes later for Breakfast
"Hey baby." Narvel smiled
She gave a weak smile.
"You okay?" He asked
"I'm gonna be fine" she said and rubbed her lower stomach. It was so tight
He pecked her lips
She breathed, she was in lots of pain.
He rubbed her belly. He noticed how tight it was
She leaned back. "I'm fine" she said breathing out
"I love you." He said
"Yeah, love." She said gritting her teeth
"What baby?" He asked
"Uh.... Nothing... What's the plan for today?" She asked
"Nothing much." He said
"I want to go apple picking!" Vannah smiled
"That sounds like fun." Reba smiled
She looked down at her stomach. "Mind if the twins Come?" She said
"They can come." She smiled
"No like... In person" she said
"Wait what?!" She smiled
Reba looked at Narvel. "I'm in labor" she said
He smiled big and kissed her
She breathed. "Let's get to the hospital... I've been in labor all night and yesterday afternoon.... It's almost been 24 hours" she said
"Has your water broken?" He asked
She giggled. "Yeah... It did when I took a shower this morning after yoga" she said
He smiled big. "Let's go have some babies." He smiled
She smiled and grabbed her pillow, baby bag, her bag and her phone and phone charger.
"Are the car seats set up?" She asked
He opened the door in the back and their was a pink one with elephants on it and a blue one with blue and green poka dots on it.
"Those are so cute." He smiled
"I'm glad you like them... It took me forever to figure out which ones I wanted" she said
"Their perfect." He said
"Just like the babies on the way" she said
"And their mama." He smiled
"Awe! Honey that's so sweet" she pecked his lips.
He kissed her back and smiled
They drove to the hospital
Reba call Jackie
"Good afternoon beautiful" she smiled
"Hi mama." She said
"How are you?" She asked
"Well Your grand babies are gonna be making an arrival today." She smiled
"Oh honey that's great!" She smiled
"Thanks mama." She said
"I'm on my way, send pictures!" She said
"I will." She said in the middle of a contraction
"Alright baby, I love you, good luck!" She smiled
"I love you too mama and thank you." She says working through the contraction
They hung up and Narvel held her hand as they pulled into the hospital parking lot.
Reba was shaking from the pain
Narvel hated seeing her like this. "I NEED TO PUSH!!!" She yelled
Narvel helped into a wheelchair and ran into the hospital. Savannah followed them
Reba pushed herself up with her left hand and cried out in pain. She screamed and threw her head back in pain.
Savannah was scared but didn't show it
They got her to a room and announced she was already at 9 centimeters
Reba was still shaking
Narvel tried to comfort her and calm her down. "Hey, look at me. Your gonna do great. Remember when you had Vannah? It hurt but then guess what... You were so happy when she was in your arms after that last push... All the pain went away. That's gonna happen but twice" he kissed her head.
She nodded and poked her lips out for a real kiss
He kissed her deeply and the doctor came in. "Baby number one is starting to make their way into the world... Ready to start pushing?" She asked
She nodded grabbed Narvel hand
He held it tight
Savannah sat in one of the chairs in the room
Reba sat up to start pushing
The nurse started counting." 1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8..9..10. Breath." She said
Reba breathed in and looked at Narvle. "This is it" she said
He smiled and kissed her
She started pushing again
The first babies head started to crown
Reba started screaming as it started to burn
Savannah held Reba's hand
"It hurts!" She screamed and pushed hard
"Heads out." Doctor said
Reba took a breath and smiled a little. She giggled. "Their coming." She smiled
Savannah kissed her cheek
She started to push again
The shoulders popped and the rest of the body followed
Reba took a breath. "It's the girl!" The doctor said quickly placing the baby on Reba's chest. "Baby born at 3:45 on October 28"the nurse announced
"Hi baby girl." Reba kissed her head and was crying happy tears
Savannah was crying to as Fallon started to scream
The nurse too her to get cleaned up. Reba looked at Savannah. "Baby what's wrong?" Reba asked

"That was amazing mama... I never knew how strong you were till I saw that... It just hit me hard" she said
"Oh baby come here." Reba reached for her
She hugged Reba tight and walked over to the bed that Fallon was in. "Hi beautiful" she said rubbing her tummy
Fallon was all cleaned off and swaddled
Reba smiled at her. "Your so cute, I can't wait to hold you" she said
"She beautiful mommy." she said
"Just like her sister" she smiled
"Awe thanks mama." She smiled
She smiled and started to push again with Jackson
He was a big and chubby little boy
Reba smiled at him as he screamed and then calmed at the sound of Reba's voice
"Hi baby boy." She smiled
He squeaked
Vannah smiled and a few hours later Reba was napping and so were the twins
Savannah was playing with Reba's hair
Reba smiled in her sleep. "You making me look pretty?" She asked looking over at Vannah tiredly
"Your already pretty mama." She smiled
She smiled. "I can't here one of the babies crying" she said
The nurse brought a crying Fallon in
Reba laughed. "Come here angel" she smiled reaching for her
The nurse handed to her
Reba rubbed her back and kissed her head. "What's wrong baby?" She asked
"She's hungry." The nurse said
"Aw, can I breast feed her?" She asked
"Of course." She said
Reba looked at Vannah.
"Want me to leave?" She asked
"Only if you want to leave. Or you can hold Jackson" she said
"Can I hold him?" She asked
"Of course!" She smiled
Savannah smiled big
Narvel handed a sleeping Jackson over
"Support his head." Reba said
"I know mama" she said
She nodded
She swayed him and looked at him
"Hi handsome." She smiled
He opened his eyes at her
He had Narvel brown eyes
"Hi bud" she smiled
"Your so handsome." He smiled

He blinked
She kissed his cheek
He sneezed
"Bless you." She said
Reba giggled and rubbed Fallon's hair and kissed her head.
"What are their middle names?" She asked
"Fallon Nell and Jackson Wayne" she smiled
"Aww." She smiled
"I can't wait to take them home... And Vannah, I promise you we will go apple picking before the season is over." She said
She nodded
"I'm sorry" Reba felt bad
"It's cool." She said
Reba nodded and started to burp Fallon
Savannah kissed jacks nose
He smiled a toothless grin
"He smiled!" She cooed
Reba giggled. "He likes you" Reba smiled
"Good cause I love him." She said
She smiled and a few days went by. It was time to go home!
"You ready babies?" Reba asked them
They both looked at her from their car seats
Fallon was a mini Reba and Jack was a mini Narvel
Vannah smiled at them. "Their so cute" she cooed
"Like you baby." Narvel kissed her cheek
She smiled. "Thanks can we go home now?" She asked
They nodded
They drove home. Reba sat in the back with the twins
Savannah sat in the front
The twins both fell asleep
"Mama the puppies are going to be so happy to see you." She said
She laughed. "I'm just worried about the babies" she said
"They should be okay." She said
"I'm worried... I can't have them getting hurt or scratched.... Maybe we shouldn't have gotten them... especially with babies on the way" Reba said
Savannahs heart shatters
Reba looked at the babies. "Your more important than they are" she said
Reba*
Savannah tried not to cry
Reba kissed the babies heads. "Mommy will protect you" Reba smiled
Savannah sniffled
They got home and Reba grabbed the two carriers and walked inside.the two dogs jumped up on her and the carriers and the babies started screaming. "BAD DOGS!!!" She yelled
Savannah pulled the dogs off of her.
Reba kicked the dogs. "Get them away!" She said walking up to the nursery
"Mama!" Savnanna said
She just kept walking, the babies were screaming. She pulled them both out of their carriers and put them both on one of her shoulders swaying
Savannah ran out to the dock with the dogs and sat on the edge. She started crying
Reba calmed to babies and put them down for naps. She sat in the rocking chair and closed her eyes. This life with new borns and dogs wasn't gonna work.
Savannah covered her face in her hands and cried
Reba fell asleep
Savnanh got cold so she and the dogs went back inside
Reba woke up to Fallon screaming
"Shh Princess Mommys here." She said
She calmed to a whimper
Reba kissed her head
She snuggled into Reba.
Pepper and blue walked in and laid next to the cribs
Reba swayed
They puppies fell asleep
So did falls on
Fallon
Savannah walked in
Reba was singing to her
Savannah laid with the puppies
Reba started to fall asleep standing up
"Mama?" Savannah said
"Yes?" She sai
"Your falling asleep." She said
"No imnot" she sad
"Your sure?" She said
She nodded. "Just resting my eyes
"Okay." She said
She nodded
"Halloweens tomorrow." She said
"Yeah" was all she said
Halloween was always one of her favorite holidays
But this year, she showed no interest
"Mama it's like fire favorite Holliday she said
"I know but my kids are more important than a stupid holiday" she said
"I know." She said
"The twins aren't ready for Halloween. You can go with your friends" she said
She nodded and got up. She just looked into the crib and her little brother
He was awake
"Hi brown eyes." She smiled
He smiled
She rubbed his tummy
He closed his eyes and smiled
Reba smiled at them
Fallon was hungry and was clawing at her shirt
Reba started to feed her
Narvel walked in. "Hey honey" he kissed her
"Hi baby." She smiled
"I love you" he smiled
"Aww I love you too baby." She smiled
"Hi Fallon" he kissed her head. She grunted
"What darlin." He said
"Your interrupting her eating" she giggled
"Sorry baby." He kissed Fallon's head
She grunted again
He kissed Reba
She smiled and Fallon giggled
"Whats so funny cutie?" She asked
She smiled and latched back on
Jack started to fuss
Narvel went back and got him
"Hey little man!" He smiled
He fussed
"I think he's hungry too." He said
Reba smiled. "Bring him over" and sand
He handed him to her
He wouldn't latch on he just kept fussing
"What's wrong baby boy?" She asked
He started whaling
"Does he need to changes?" Reba asked
Narvel lifted him up and smelled his diaper. "Wow! Yes he does!" He said gagging
"Can you do it?" She asked
He nodded
"Thanks." He said
He smiled
He changed him
He was such a girl when it came to that
Reba smiled at him
"My god! Reba this is so gross!" He said
"Get used to it baby." She said
"Nasty!" He groaned
She giggled
"This is so gross! Buddy how in the world?! This is so gross for a new born!" He gagged
"It's suppose to be like that." She said
"Yeah well Vannahs were never like this!" He said
"Honey yes they were." She said
"No... No they weren't" he said finishing him up
"Whatever you say baby." She said
He lifted the baby up and put him over his shoulder. "All better!" He smiled sticking a passy in his mouth
Jack snuggled into him
He smiled
Narvel kissed his cheek
He closed his eyes
"Look at my boys." Reba smiled
Narvels smiled and Vannah left the room.
"Vannah?" Reba says
She just kept walking to her room
She laid on her bed and turned the tv on
Reba sighed and burped Vannah.
Fallon*
Reba walked to Vannahs room
She was curled up in a ball
"Hi pumpkin." She smiled
She just nodded
"What's wrong?" She asked
She didn't say anything
"Honey talk to me." She said
Nothing.
Reba got in the bed with her
She pulled away from her
"Baby please." She said
She shook her head no
"Why not." She said
She stayed quiet
Reba rubbed her back
"Stop touching me." She said
"Talk to me." She said
She shook her head no
"Why not?" She asked
She didn't speak. She got up and got her photo album from when she was a baby. "Please leave" she said to Reba
"Honey I wanna be with you." She said
"Well I don't want to be with you. Now go." She said getting up and opening her door gesturing to for her to leave.
"I love you." She said
She just nodded and looked away
"Sweetie." She said
"No get out." She said
"Excuse me." She said
"I said get out!" She said raising her voice.
"You have no right to talk to me like that young lady." She said
"Get out." She repeated
"Apologize to me first." She said
"No." She said
"Yes or I'm not leaving." She said
"Then I'm leaving." She said walking out with the photo album
Reba grabbed her hand
She ripped it out, grabbed her phone and walked out of the house
She walks back to the dock
She opened up the photo album and smiled. "I miss this" she said to herself
Reba quietly followed her
"I remember when I was the only one... I got all the attention.. I get everything.... I was the only one they cared about and now that theirs two more in this house I might as well just go live with Brandon and Kelly... Maybe they'll show me more love and attention then in am getting here.... I wish she didn't have those babies. I don't like them. I miss the family being me mommy and daddy." She said to the water
Reba's heart broke. Not because of the babies. Reba and Narvel how hard it was for Shelby to adjust when they had Savnnah. So they know how do handle that part of it. But it hard when Savannah said she wants to live with Brandon and Kelly because she thought Reba and Narvel didn't love her anymore
Savannah looked at one picture and that one stung. "I remember when Shelby stuck his fire truck in my birthday cake... Or when mama used to spank me because I was trying to be nice to Shelby but he would hit me and all she would see was me hitting him back so I could get my anger out and she always spanked me. Or when they went on tour and didn't take me and I didn't see them for over a year. Or this one.... Here I am crying in the corner because mama made me go naked when I was 3 on Christmas because I said a bad word to Shelby" she sighed like she was talking to someone.
Reba was in tears. She had forgetten about all that stuff and hoped Savannah did to. She was wrong
Savannah threw the album in the lake and pulled her knees up to her chest.
"Savannah?" She said
She jumped. "Go away" she sniffled
"Can we talk please?" She said
"No" she said watching the album sink
"We need to." She said
"No. I already packed my bag. Kelly's picking me up in 10 minutes." She said
"Your not going anywhere." She said
"Yes I am." She said sternly and got up and walked down the dock stopped at Reba and looked her in the eyes. "I hope your happy." She said and walked away then started running till she got to her room
"Savannah!" She yelled
She just kept going. She grabbed her bag from her room and got in the car that Kelly was in. "Hi" she said to Kelly as they drove away
"Hey!" She said
"I'm planning on not go back their for a while... And please no pushing me to call her, text her, see her.... I need time. Please" she said
"Savannah why are you doing this?" She asked
"They need time with just the babies and I need time to myself." She said looking out the window.
"Do you know how much this is going to hurt them?" She asked
"I don't care." She said
"Savannah." She said
"Stop." She said
"What happened?" She asked
She sighed. "They haven't spent anytime with me sense the twins have came home and when I was stuck in the hospital because they couldn't go home." She said
"Honey they were born three days ago. It's gonna take some time for everyone to get adjusted to everything." She said
"I'm not going back kel." She said
"I know." She said
She continued to look out the window
When they were stopped at a red light. Kelly texted Reba
Vannah played with her thumbs
Reba called Kelly
She answered. "Hi" she said
"Kelly?!" She was panicking
"Yes, this is her" zhensaidu
"Do you know where Savannah is?!" She asked
"Yes. She's with me" she said looking at Vannah
"Oh thank god." She took a sigh of relief
"And she said she's planning on not coming back. You really hurt her Reba." She said
"I didn't mean to. I swear." She cried and Savannahs heart broke
"Well you did." Savannah said
"Baby I'm so sorry." She said
"Just get out of my life." She said
"Excuse me!" She said
"I said gey out of my life!" She yelled
"Not going to happen." She said
"Then I will" she said
"Savannah Blackstock." Reba said sternly
"Reba Nell" she said just as sternly
"You can't just run away every time something you don't like happens." She said
Savannah stayed quiet. She only thought those things... She never thought that they would ever come out of her mouth and they hurt. She curled up and started crying
"Baby you have no idea how much daddy and I love you." She said
"Well right now. I don't love you one bit." She said
"Savannah can you please come back so we can all talk about it." She said hurt
"No." She said and hung up.
Reba called Kelly again
Vannah turned the phone off
The next day
Vannah was getting ready for school at Kelly's house
Narvel drove to their house
Vannah finished and walked downstairs
She tensed up when she saw Narvel
"What the hell are you doing here?" She asked
"Excuse me? I am your father and Brandon's father." He said
"Get out." She said
"No." He said
"Yes! Go back to your dumb wife and stupid babies." She said
"Savannah you have no right to talk to me are talk about you mommy and siblings like that!" She said

"Yes I do!" She yelled
"Pipsqueak?" Shelby said
"What." She said
She didn't realize is was Shelby. They were super close
"Hey Shelb" she smiled
"Come here." He opened his arms for a hug
She hugged him tight
He kissed her cheek
She smiled
"You wanna talk outside?" He asked
She nodded
About an hour and a half later they both come back into he house. Shelby had changed the way Savannah was feeling about everything and she felt really bad about how she treated Reba and Narvel
But she didn't want to go back on still
"Hi daddy." She said
Reba walked in with the twins. "Hi" Reba said quietly
"Mommy?" Savannah said
"Shhhh, don't hurt me... Or the babies I came with your father and Shelby and I was getting impatient" she said
"Mommy I'm not going to hurt you or the babies. I love you guys." She said shocked that Reba thought she would hurt them
Reba stepped behind Narvel and Fallin started fussing. "Can someone take Jack" Reba said
"Can I take him?" Savannah asked
She nodded and handed her the carrier with the new born tiny baby
"Hey baby boy." She smiled
He yawned
She kissed his cheek
He started screaming
"Shh shh it's okay buddy." She soothed
He kept screaming
She took him out of the carrier and swayed
He calmed to a cry. Reba handed him his favorite Passy and blanket and kissed his head
He calmed down and snuggled
Reba was having a harder time calming Fallon down
"Hi baby girl." Savannah smiled
She just kept screaming
"Shh shh it's okay baby." She soothed
Reba smelled her diaper and Handed her to Narvel. "Your diaper duty turn@ she said
"Okay." He said and took Fallon
Reba giggled she knew where this wood end up
"Mommy I'm so sorry." Savannah said
She stayed quiet
"I was just mad and I didn't know how to handle it. I shouldn't have taken it out on you." She said
"Or the babies" she said quietly
"Or the babies. They didn't do anything." She said
She nodded and stayed quiet
"I love you and them." She said
"Well they love you two" she said
She smiled. "What about you?" She asked sadly
"Yeah" she said
Savannah kissed her cheek
She took Jack from her
"Can I have a hug?" She asked
She hugged her and Jacks whimpered
"Sorry buddy." She said
"It's nap time for them" she said bouncing softly
"Can we go home?" She asked
Reba nodded. "You can sit in the front, I have to feed this chubby little man." She said rubbing his back
"He's a cutie." She smiled
"He's my little man, he's gonna be a ladies man" she smiled swaying
She smiled
"Isn't that right little boy" and smjled
She snuggled into her
Reba smiled and kissed his head
Savannah smiled at Reba
Narvel! Are you ready?" Reba said
"How much can she poop?!" He asked disgusted
"Hey! That's my sweet baby your talking about that way!" She whined
"She thinks it's funny." He said
"Oh does she?!" Reba a soles
"What's so funny baby?" He asked Fallon
She kicked her legs
He smiled
She smiled cutely. "How's my baby girl?" Reba asked walking over to the couch
She was smiling away
Reba smiled and her and blew on her belly making a funny noise
She smiled big
Reba laughed
Narvel finished changing her
Reba kissed her tiny head
Savannah sat next to Reba
"Hi" she said
"Hi mommy." She says
She smiled
Savannah snuggled into her
She smiled and looked at her three babies
"Look at my babies." She smiled
Vannah blushed and smiled
Reba kissed her cheek
They went home
They puppies were asleep
Reba smiled so we're the babies so she was trying to be quiet
Savannah plopped down on the couch and turned the tv on
"Keep it down, I'll be right back I have to swaddled them and then put them to bed" she said
"okay." She said softly
Reba smiled and went to the nursery
Narvel and her put the babies to bed
"Their so beautiful when they sleep" she smiled
"Just like their mommy." He kissed her cheek
She blushed. "Thanks"
He smiled
She leaned back into him
He kissed her cheek again
"How about we go see Vannah" she said
"Sounds good." He said
She blushed
He grabbed her hand
She pecked his lips
He smiled and kissed her back
She giggled
"I love you." He said
"I love you" she smiled
He kissed her again
She kissed deeper
He pulled her close by her hips
"Bed?" She asked
He nodded and smiled
They walked to bed Leaving Vannah hanging
An hour or so later
Vannah decided to leave. They left her high and dry
As she was walking up to her room Reba and Narvel walked out of their room
"Oh wow. They finally are done." She said sarcastically
"Sorry baby." Reba said feeling bad
"Yeah whatever." She said walking into her room and slamming the door
Reba felt bad
Vannah curled up in her bed
Reba knocked on her door
"Go away" she said
"Baby I wanna give you something." Reba said
"I don't want it." She said
"You know my Tiffany's necklace that you always want to borrow?" Reba said and Savannah opened the door 
"Yes?" She said
Reba grabbed her hand and brought her into her giant closet
"What are you doing?" She asked
"Giving you something." She smiled
"What?" She asked
Reba handed her the necklace
"Mama...." She gasped
"Yes." She smiled
She hugged her tight and noticed she didn't have a bra on.
Reba held her close and kissed her cheek
"Mama your squishy!" She smiled
She giggled
She smiled
"I love you baby." She said
"I love you" she smiled
"Want me to put it on you?" She asked
She nodded
Reba put it on her
She smiled big
"It fits perfect baby." She smiled
"Thank you mommy" she said
"Your welcome baby." She smiled
"It's beautiful" she said
"Not as beautiful as you." She said
"Oh mama!" She hugged her
Reba hugged her tight
"I'm sorry" she said
"About what baby?" She asked
"Everything" she said
"It's okay baby." She spas
Said
"No it's not" she said
"Baby look at me." She said
She looked at her
"Promise me that you will never do that again. And it's over and in the past." She said
"Mama I can't keep promises" and said
Reba gave her the famous glare. "Okay I promise." She smiled
She hugged her tight
"Love you." She said
"I love you" she said
Reba kissed her cheek
She smiled
Hey heard a baby start crying
Reba walked out of the room like super mom and picked up a swaddled Jack and put him over her shoulder. She rubbed his back and swayed. "Shhhhh bud... Mama's got you" she said
He calmed down
She smiled and kissed his head. "That's my baby boy" she said softly
He smiled
Reba looked over at Vannah. "Wanna go apple picking after they finish napping?" She smiled
"That would be awesome!" She smiled
Reba smiled. "We can take the twins and see How they take it" Reba said slightly bouncing as she swayed
"Okay." She smiled
Reba put Jack down in his crib and sat their watching how cute he was.
"How much do they weigh?" Savannah asked
"Jack weights more than she does but Jack weights about 9 pounds and Fallon is about 7" she said
"You had 16 pound of baby in you?!" She asked shocked
"I sure did!" Reba smiled at the two sleeping babies in their cribs
"I knew that they were big, but I did think hat big." She said
Reba laughed and hugged her. "Their my babies just like you are. You weighed 12 pounds when you were born" she said
"What?!" She was shocked. That's a huge baby
Reba kissed her temple. "I had to have a c section because they said you were so big if I had you normally that could cause complications
"Is that why you have that scar across stomach?" She asked
Reba nodded. "Sure is, I had to get you out some how!" She smiled
She giggled
Reba kissed her head. "I love you" she smiled
"I love you too." She smiled
A few hours went by
Savannah was doing homework in her room
Reba was at the door frame, Vannah was listening to Reba's music as she did her homework. "Wow that's some good music" Reba smiled
Savannah jumped and smiled ." Hey mama." She smiled
Reba smiled, she pushed off the door frame and walked over to her. "What do are you tackling now?" She asked sitting next to her.
"Math." She said
"Yup, you can ask your father for help on that one" Reba said rubbing her back.
"It's so hard mama." She said
"I know baby, but your good in school. You're good at your work and you'll get it done" Reba smiled kissing her head
"Thanks mama." She said
She smiled and Fallon started crying through the intercom that she was holding in her hand. She groaned and flopped onto her back. "This is so much work" Reba said
"Girls got some lungs." Savannah smiled
"Tell me about it" she groaned and got up.
"I got her." Savannah said getting up
"No baby, it's fine. Finish your homework and then we will go apple picking once I get them dressed" she said
She nodded and sat back down
Reba went in and picked Fallon up, put her in a swaddler and swayed
She calmed down
Reba took her into Vannahs room. "Say Vannah my hand got stuck in my crib bars" she said
"Uh oh." Savannah said
Reba rubbed her baby hands and let her lay on her chest. "I walked and she was exploring her room and she stuck her hand down and she screamed harder" she said swaying
"How could she move like that?" She said 
"I have no clue" Reba kissed her head
Vannah looked at her homework and shook her head
"Your lost aren't you baby girl?" She sat on the bed
"She's didn't even teach us this." She said
"I'm sorry baby" she rubbed her back
"It's not fair." She said
"I know but you have to do it" she said
"How can she expect us to do something we didn't learn." She said
"I don't know" she said
She huffed and looked at it again
Reba kissed Fallons head
"Fallon you wanna to this for me?" She asked
She looked the other way
"Guess not." Savannah said
Reba laughed and layer back. She placed Fallon on her chest
Savannah finished her math  homework and started her science
Reba fell asleep
Savannah took a picture of Reba and Fallon together
Fallon was sprawled out on Reba's chest and had a hand on her chest. Reba had her hands on her back and was laying on the pillow.
Savannah giggled and smiled at them
Reba heard her and without opening her eyes she said "What are you laughing at missy" she said
"Your so cute." She said
"Yeah yeah" she said
"You are." She smiled

"Are you good at science?" She asked
She shook her head no
"ugh." She said
Reba kissed Fallons head, she had a little hair on the top of her head and Narvel came in with Jack in his arms. "So are we going apple picking or not?" He asked
"What time is it?" She asked
"Almost time for us to leave if we are gonna go. It's gonna be dinner time and Vannah has school tomorrow. I would rather not be out to late seeing it does get cold and I don't want the babies getting sick." He said
"We can just go tomorrow if it's easier." Savannah said
Narvel just walked out with Jack.
"Daddy?" She asked
"Vannah you have until Friday to do this home work. Why can't you be with your family for one afternoon. Is it that much to ask for? You have 4 days to finish this and you decide to do it on the day we want to spend as a family." He said
"Daddy this due tomorrow. And no body said anything about it so I thought today wasn't a good day." She defended

"Your right. It isn't. Just like the rest of them." He said. He handed Jack to Reba and said he was going to the bar and walked out
"Daddy wait!" She said
"No Savannah. No more waiting." He said and walked out slamming the door
Savannah looked at Reba confused
"His mama called.... She's sick" she said
"What's wrong with granny?" She asked
"They think she has cancer." She said sitting down on the bed and held the babies close.
Savannah eyes welled with tears
Reba sighed. "He just needs some time" she said
Vannah texted Narvel. "I love you daddy." She said
He didn't reply
She saw that he read it and her heart broke

"Granny's going to be okay right?" She asked
"Yeah... I hope so" she said
She nodded sadly and picked Fallon up
She whimpered
"Shh it's okay baby girl." she said

Savannah laid her back in the bed and she stopped
"She just wanted her mommy" she said
She nodded sadly
"You know what. Get dressed, me you and the twins are going apple picking. My treat" she said
"Are you sure?" She asked
"Of course!" She smiled

Reba smiled and the babies fussed
"I don't think they like it." Savannah said
"No. Their hungry... It's feeding time" she said
"Need help?" She asked
"Uh... Yeah I usually ask your dad... You don't mind seeing my upper half do you? If you do I can do it on my own" she said
"I heard that my baby needs help." Narvel walked

Reba turned and looked at him and then looked away. "Go away." She said
"Honey I'm sorry. I didn't mean to exploded the way i did." He apologized sincerely
"I said go away. We're going apple picking and it doesn't include you." She said
"Baby please? We're going to Texas Friday night." She said
"No Narvel. Your going to Texas. I'm staying home."she said
"Honey can I talk to you in  private please?" She asked
"No Narvel. I'm feeding the kids." She said
"We don't know how much longer it's gonna be." He said
"Then take Vannah. I'm not going." She said
"Why not? She deserves to see you and the babies." He said
"Narvel I'm not going. End of discussion" she said
"No it's not Reba. What's going on?" He asked
"Yes it is Narvel." She said sternly
"Just talk to me." He said
"No." She said and grabbed Fallons nursing blanket and started to nurse the new born
"Why not?" He asked
She didn't answer him. She didn't want to talk about this any more. "Go alone" she said
"Baby what's wrong?" He asked
"Narvel shut up. I'm done talking to you. Now go back to the bar. Your help isn't needed here" she said
"I'm not going back to the bar. And yes it is." He said
"No it's not! Now go away!@ she said
"I'm sorry." He  said
She didn't say anything
She fed the babies
She got ready to go apple picking
Savannah got ready
Reba walked into her room. "Ready?" She smiled
She nodded
Reba nodded and walked out to the car with the two carriers
"Want me to carry one?@ Vannah asked
"Only if you want to" Reba smiled
Savannah took Fallon's carrier
The babies were both passed out
"How much can babies sleep?" Savannah asked
Reba laughed. "A lot, especially when they are new born" she says
"Did I sleep this much?" She asked
"All day everyday unless you needed a change of your diaper or you were hungry" she said
"Really?" She said surprised
"Yup! You slept more than they do" she said
"That's surprising but then again, if I could sleep all day. I still would." She said
Reba laughed. "When does soccer start?" She asked putting Jack in his car seat connector and buckling him in
"Tomorrow." She said
Reba smiled. "You excited?" She asked
She nodded. "I really want to get on varsity." She said
"I'm sure you will! Your great at soccer" she smiled getting in the drivers side
"Thanks mama." She smiled
She smiled and they started driving. Fallon decided she didn't like not seeing her mommy so she started screaming on her way their.
"Shh shh it's okay baby. Mommys right here." She said
She just screamed louder.
Reba started singing
Then she noticed that Narvel wasn't their and she screamed louder. She was such a daddies girl.
"What's wrong baby doll?" Reba asked
She was still screaming. She wanted her daddy.
"Baby call daddy." Reba said
Vannah called daddy
"Hello?" He asked
She put the phone to the screaming babies ear
"Hi baby it's daddy." He said soothingly
She calmed to a whimper
"How's my girl doing?" He asked
She calmed down and Vannah  pulled the phone to her ear. "Hi daddy" she smiled
"Hi beautiful." He smiled
"Are you coming apple picking?"!' She asked
"I would love to if it's okay with mommy." He said
Reba sighed. "I would rather you not" she said
Fallon started crying again. She wanted both mommy and daddy there. So did Savannah
Reba sighed again. "Just come but we are not talking. We are not kissing. We are not holding hands. You are their and so am i. Just as two adults." She said
"Honey please tell me what I did wrong so I can try to make it better." He said
"No Narvel." She said and hung up.
He called her back. "I'm on my away." He said
Reba sighed and leaned back.
"Thank you mommy." Savannah said
She didn't say anything. She kept driving and got to the apple farm. She pulled the carriage out and started to unfold it
Narvel pulled into the spot next to her and helped get Fallon's carrier into the stroller
She got in front of him and started situating Fallon.
Savannah was carrying jacks car seat
Reba smiled at them
"Hi babies!" She cooed
