The Song's Power Part One

Billy's POV
I groaned in boredom as I floated in the air, waiting for Spencer to get out of the shower.
"Sppeeenncceee..." I quietly whined to myself as I hovered over to the bathroom door.
"Hey brosive?! You almost done?!" I leaned over, about to fall to the floor and spread out, melting.
"Y..yeah! Give me two more minutes!" I heard him call over the sound of water bouncing off the flooring of my shower.
I was about to head off to sit down when I was stopped, intrigued by the sudden sound of noise other than the shower. I glided back towards the door, pressing my ear against it.
Hey!! It's Spencer!!
I chuckled, but began struggling to pull back, realizing what song it was...
Oh crap!
Spencer's POV

Huh. I guess the song's stuck in my head..
I sang while scrubbbing my hair that was lined with whatever shampoo my mom gave me.
"Spencer~" I froze up, hearing the unfailing sound of my name being spoken..
I felt a hand wrap around me, pulling me back.
"Aahh!" I cried, not knowing what to do.
"Shh! Relax my man! It's only me!" I turned my head around, shocked,
"BILLY?!" My eyes shot wide, "W..What are you doing in here!!" I grabbed the bar of soap next to me, trying to hide my visible-wanted unseen- parts.
"Hehe. You look so adorable~" He teased and leaned in, smirking like a love struck puppy.
"U..uh..uh..." I felt my face heat up,
"Billy?"
"Yeah?~" He cuddled me,...slowly wrapping his transparent legs and arms around me like a boa contristicter.
The temperature in my cheeks rose higher in temperature,
"L..let go of me!" I squeaked as the soap slipped out of my hands and slid across the flooring.
"Now why would I do that?" He teased and wrapped around even more, facing me.
I watched as his eyes fell, giggling,
"Billy!!" I tried to contain the embarrassment in my voice.
"Whaatt?!~" he whined, still giggling as he looked up.
I was at a loss for words.
"Hey Spence?" He asked me, looking directly in my eyes.
"Y..yes?" My lips quivered.
"Do you know how much I love you?" His head cocked to the side, a smile plastered on his face.
I didnt know how to respond, so my jaw was just hanging there, open.
His eyes shone a bright blue light, and his head fell down, making our lips connect. I let out as much as a gasp I could, shaking my head knowing this wasnt right.
He's a friend!! A cousin!! What the heck is he doing?!?!
"Hold still." I heard him mutter, while not lifting up. I tried wiggling out of his grasp, but successed to none.
He pouted with big watery eyes as I was finally out of his paranormal connection.
His appendages were still around me..
"B..b..Billy..? W..would you mind waiting outside till I get dressed?" My eyes darted around, wanting to be free of this akward situation.
"Sure thing, love!" He beamed as he pulled free and zoomed out...but of course...not without kissing me on the cheek. I shivered as I finished my hair and dried myself off, from both the cold, and the kiss.
It had to be the stupid song! I gotta reverse this!
I pulled on my pants and threw on the shirt. I looked in the mirror, making sure my hair looked neat enough for my parents before dashing off...
Bad desicion...
"SSPPPEEENNNCCCEEEE!!!♡" He curled himself around me, cutting off any circulaton I could think of, not wanting to let go.
"R..rea..lease me! P..please!! My organs!!" I wheezed (look at picture).
"I missed you!" Was all I got back before blacking out.
