bland. that's how i'd describe my life. nothing ever happens, really. i'm just your average 16 year old girl.
i'm not really noticed by people. i'm just kind of here to fill an empty space. i don't really care that i'm not noticed, i would rather be alone than have friends who gossip about me or make up rumors.
"hey.. i'm new here. i have absolutely no idea where i'm going or what i'm doing." i turn around to see a guy. he's pale, his hair is a dark chocolate color and his eyes were bluer than the atlantic ocean. literally.
he quickly snapped me out of my thoughts. "hello?.." he said in a fairly annoyed tone.
"oh uhm sorry. hi. what do you need help with?" i said politely
"i need you to help me with my schedule, please?"
just help the poor guy.
"okay sure. let me see your schedule."
he quickly (but awkwardly) hands me his schedule.
"follow me, and make sure you don't get lost. i don't wanna get in trouble because of you." i say
he chuckles lightly and i walk him to his homeroom.
"my name is cody by the way." he said
i look at him. "aubree."
he smiles at me. "i just wanna thank you in advance, aubree. for yanno, showing me where my classes are. it won't take me long to memorize my classes and where they are, i promise."
"it's no problem." i say
as soon as i get to my locker, all i can think is i'm finally free. i quickly unlock my lock, open my locker and throw my books into my bookbag.
"aubree?"
i turn around to see cody.
"listen, i would love to talk but i wanna leave." i say.
"i want to get to know you, aubree."
