Chapter 1: The News

So right now I'm at the studio. Our manager, Amanda, is just about to tell us something extremely important but she won't give us any hints! Amanda is my bfnmfeaeitwww so I could probably get it out of her with the right words but I like surprises, sometimes. We are waiting for someone to call Amanda and she won't tell us who either. I'm glaring at her now and she gets the meaning "Hurry up! I want to know!" I hear "Stronger" playing and automatically look at Amanda's phone. She looks at the caller, shouts "yes!", and answers it.

Amanda: Hey, yeah, it's me

I hear someone speaking on the other end of the phone, not loud enough for me to understand, though.

Amanda: Okay, so we're all set! Yup, I'll talk to you soon! 'Kay, bye

Amanda hangs up her cell phone and turns to us with a big grin on her face.

Amanda: Okay, girls! Get your stuff ready; WE'RE GOING TO GERMANY!

I start squeeling loudly and high pitched. My dream is finally coming true! I'M GOING TO GERMANY!

I quickly pick up my phone and start texting. I decide on setting my facebook status as: "GOING TO GERMANY! I LOVE MY LIFE RIGHT NOW! :D" Then I look at Allegra. We both get this goofy grin on our faces and then I jump on her while screaming happily. I am ecstatic and nothing can ruin my mood. Nothing, no matter what. Amanda looks at me and smiles. I get off of Allegra and jump on her from across the room.

Me: OMG! PANDA, I LOVE YOU!

Amanda: I love you, too Shay. How many times do I have to tell you not to glomp me?

Me: You can say it as amny times as you want! IT WILL NEVER STOP! MWAHAHAHA! But you love me even if I don't listen to you!

Amanda: Sadly...

I stick my tongue out at her then stand up grinning. Then a thought pops into my mind: My mom.

Me: Shit... I have to tell my mom

Allegra: Tell Mommy I say "Hi!"

Me: Okay, let's hope she doesn't freak about us going there. You know how she is about me leaving

Amanda: Shit, I forgot about that, but she won't mind! Mom is usually chill about it after a while

Me: True, she'll get over it. I'm going to go home and tell her now, wish me luck!

Allegra, Amanda, Adaline, Allison, and Paige: GOOD LUCK!

Allegra and Amanda: Say "Hi" to Mom for me!

Me: I will, don't worry!

With that I walk out of our studio and into my car, driving home to break the news to my mom.
